• Ability to communicate well with youth and adults
• Active USAC Level 2 Coach membership (Crux will pay for it)
• Active SafeSport certs
• Maintain CPR & First Aid (Crux will pay for it)
• Active CWI certification (Crux will pay for it)
Benefits
• This position will be compensated at the rate of $22 per hour for the first 3 months. An evaluation at 3 months will determine an increase rate with 40 hours each week.
