Crystal is based in Nashville, Tennessee but we’ve adopted a fully remote working environment. We’ve raised funding from premier investors including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Birchmere Ventures but have not needed to raise additional rounds since 2018 due to strong business fundamentals.

Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Oversee the sales funnel and report on key operational revenue metrics + forecasting
• Manage our inbound lead funnel bringing in several thousands of contacts per week
• Manage day-to-day operations of Hubspot and its workflows to improve our automations
• Be the point person who works with our sales team to review and approve price quotes, payment terms, discounts, and contract agreements
• Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so internal teams can understand the sales pipeline
• Look for ways to streamline and optimize all lead routing workflows (and other business process workflows) to ensure our sales team gets high-quality leads
• Track key metrics such as sales activity, funnel stages, pipeline, demo bookings, deal sizes, close cycles, etc
• Maintaining good data hygiene within the CRM
• Manage day-to-day operations of billing processes, invoice collection, renewals tracking, and revenue metrics.
• Will report into the Marketing Department
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
• At least 5 years working in business management, sales operations, sales planning, or revenue operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Hubspot and B2B software sales cycle is a must
• Experience with Stripe, ProfitWell and Baremetrics is a plus
• Strong understanding of how different systems, technologies, or tools can help improve sales effectiveness to drive revenue growth
• Experience with reviewing and redlining contract agreements
• Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management foundation.
• Highly proficient in financial modeling, revenue modeling, sales approaches, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work in a remote environment
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with executives, customer success, sales, business operations, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information
