Job Summary

This position is a member of the University Advancement division
and reports to the Associate Vice President for Development and
works in partnership with the dean of the Kremen School of
Education and Human Development. The Director of Development is
responsible for identifying, cultivating and soliciting major gifts
from individuals, corporations, and foundations. The Director, in
partnership with the dean, will plan and implement development and
campaign strategies, and assist in strategy conversations on
volunteer leadership.

The Kremen School of Education and Human Development's mission is
the recruitment and development of ethically informed leaders for
classroom teaching, education administration, counseling, and

Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Program Director of the
College of Science and Mathematics Advising and Resources Center
(ARC), the incumbent provides counseling and advising services to
help students achieve their educational and personal goals at
California State University, Fresno. This position is responsible
for providing academic advisement and counseling services to
support student transition to the university and retention through
graduation.
