This role is dedicated to creating and delivering corporate lead generation, demand generation, and lifecycle email comms. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the corporate lead pipeline to convert new users and engage existing corporate customers to increase transactions. You will be based in Irvine, CA, and report to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing. In your day-to-day work, you will collaborate closely with marketing channel owners and our global sales teams to drive acquisition and retention in our corporate customer base.

Requirements

What you'll do:
• Assist in the development & delivery of growth marketing activity to drive acquisition & retention from our corporate audiences.
• Improve the conversion of customers from inactive registered accounts into transacting accounts
• Increase the transactions and revenue from active customers through increasing awareness of our products, services, and ‘reasons to trade' in lifecycle comms
• Convert corporate leads into digital customers and MQLs leveraging first and third party data in outbound campaigns
• Run nurture campaigns to engage and convert in-market prospects and leads in the sales pipeline
• Support physical brand activations with impactful communications that improve brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and content
• Increase lead volume and MQL conversion with content campaigns for digital events and lead gen assets, including white papers, webinars, newsletters, and reports.
• Work with internal teams and agencies to sync campaign audiences and messaging as part of a holistic multi-channel approach.
• Regularly report on campaign performance and act on insights to apply and monitor optimizations.
• Ensure campaign implementation adheres to our Legal & Compliance guidelines by working with the appropriate teams, always adhering to and advocating for our brands.

Who you are:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a marketing-related field
• Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a fast-paced workflow
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity: The ability to generate and execute ideas swiftly with attention to detail that ensures brand consistency is upheld
• Quantitative skills: The ability to organize, interpret, and action data to drive growth

Millions of people worldwide know Xe as their primary source for currency information, however we continue to see an enormous opportunity in converting prospective customers into our Money Transfer business through paid marketing channels. The Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving a large percentage of new business to Xe's web and app environments through performance marketing strategies. The role is responsible for managing a large portion of the marketing budget for cost effective and scalable new customer growth in a highly competitive environment with thin margins. The role reports to the Global Digital Marketing Director and works closely with agency partners.

What you'll do:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our money transfer services on web and mobile app through various channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize display and social media advertising across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
• Closely monitor performance and adjust budget allocation to the best performing regions and channels. Use data to justify additional investment for unrealized opportunities.
• Utilize lead generation tactics to attract and convert prospects into customers, with a particular emphasis on B2B marketing.
• Manage and optimize campaigns using AppsFlyer or similar Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms for tracking and attribution.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring paid campaigns are aligned with objectives and are delivering expected results.
• Support external agencies as their key enabler with content, guidance, and data to improve all aspects of the campaigns.
• Collaborate with broader consumer and corporate marketing teams to develop and execute performance and awareness campaigns in budget.
• Collaborate further with marketing teams to continually improve the customer journey and marketing performance through landing page and ad optimization.
• Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager.

Requirements

Who you are:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in mobile app advertising and working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms such as AppsFlyer.
• Proficiency in managing display & social media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in manging Paid Search Campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation tactics.

Experience in the following areas is desired:
• Implementing and managing tracking inside Google Tag Manager
