• Enrolment of users into appropriate courses.
• Configuration of permissions and settings
• Bulk course copying and editing
• Product Consultation
• Provide client with feedback on effective practices for implementation of tools
• Document and report all changes for auditing.
• Maintain and expand working knowledge of all D2L Solutions
• Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure
• Strong project organizational and time management skills
• Strong relationship building skills and conflict negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience

Job Summary:
The Paid Search Manager will lead our global paid search efforts across the North American, EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. This is a hands-on paid search role where the candidate will be expected to be in platform executing and optimizing campaigns, while also providing long term strategy planning & guidance.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Brightspace Trainer, you will deliver product training to clients and internal employees both on-site and virtually. By developing and improving training materials, resources and other documentation you will deliver meaningful sessions that impact our users’ ability to interact with the Brightspace platform. We're looking for individuals who are confident, clear communicators and have an understanding of software and a passion for education.
HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT?
• Deliver product training to D2L clients using a variety of methods (onsite face to face, virtual, recorded) to increase understanding and knowledge of our products and services
• Develop expertise in the entire suite of D2L products
• Conduct needs assessment in order to develop tailored training plans for clients across all verticals (K12, Higher Education and Corporate)
• Create new training material, courses and webinars - to include agendas, videos, job aides, leave-behinds, assessment activities, simulations, and more
• Enhance training experience for clients with value-added best practices consultation
• Develop new training and consultative service offerings by collaborating with subject matter experts across D2L
• Combine your knowledge of adult learning theory with your classroom teaching experience to create impactful and engaging training experiences that focus on the use of technology to transform learning
• Keep current with Web 2.0 technologies that are used to facilitate eLearning
• Travel to client locations (possibly up to 40%)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Excellent oral communication; including large and small-group presentation experience, and persuasive speaking skills
• Bilingual – English / Canadian French at an advanced spoken and written level (comfort with European French an asset)
• Demonstrated use of reflective listening and feedback to encourage group involvement, to clarify and expand upon trainee contributions, to guide the direction of the discussion, and to enhance trainees’ understanding of the content and concepts being presented
• An understanding of the typical stages in the development and mastery of new knowledge and skills, and an ability to develop training materials that promote this sequential development
• Strategies to keep your trainees’ focused, on task, and within established time frames, while remaining responsive to the group needs and concerns
• Ability to incorporate feedback and participant evaluations to identify opportunities for improving the training
• 3+ years’ experience teaching in a blended learning setting
• 1+ years’ experience teaching and training adult learners on complex concepts
• Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory
• Flexibility in work schedule may be required to meet tight timelines

• Deliver product training to D2L clients using a variety of methods (onsite face to face, virtual, recorded) to increase understanding and knowledge of our products and services
• Develop expertise in the entire suite of D2L products
• Conduct needs assessment in order to develop tailored training plans for clients across all verticals (K12, Higher Education and Corporate)
• Create new training material, courses and webinars - to include agendas, videos, job aides, leave-behinds, assessment activities, simulations, and more
• Enhance training experience for clients with value-added best practices consultation
• Develop new training and consultative service offerings by collaborating with subject matter experts across D2L

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• Excellent oral communication; including large and small-group presentation experience, and persuasive speaking skills
• Bilingual – English / Canadian French at an advanced spoken and written level (comfort with European French an asset)
• Demonstrated use of reflective listening and feedback to encourage group involvement, to clarify and expand upon trainee contributions, to guide the direction of the discussion, and to enhance trainees’ understanding of the content and concepts being presented
• An understanding of the typical stages in the development and mastery of new knowledge and skills, and an ability to develop training materials that promote this sequential development

General Description:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Executive, Corporate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for an assigned territory by promoting and selling the D2L product suite through professional sales techniques. • Exceed revenue objectives within your assigned territory
• Make prospecting an integral part of your regular routine ensuring new prospects are being added to the sales funnel on an ongoing basis
• Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale with a 6 month to 12 month purchasing cycle
• Move the sale through the entire sales process actively engaging other D2L resources as necessary to ensure success
• Take an active role in the RFP process
• Continually learn about new products and improve selling skills
• Attend training events throughout the year and participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate
• Be well informed about current industry trends and speak intelligently about the corporate vertical in the assigned area/region
• Understand all D2L Partner relationships and how they relate to D2L sales
• Effectively using the sales CRM tool to enter all sales information into this system
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
• Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations
• Assist in contract negotiations
• Build and manage a quantifiable 12-month sales pipeline

• Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas
• Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts at any given time
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must possess strong leadership, motivational, and presentation skills

The Director, Program Management Office is an operational leader with experience designing, building, and scaling a centralized corporate program and project management office. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing the go-to-market strategy for Brightspace, and our services and partner solutions. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical product capabilities into benefits will be crucial. The candidate will be the expert in both the product and buyers – and working closely with the rest of the marketing team, will transfer that knowledge both internally and externally through a wide range of mediums. The candidate will champion the components that make up the Brightspace platform with knowledge, passion and energy both internally and externally to the market.
The position will cover a range of activities including understanding the markets we serve, trends and opportunities, developing plans, crafting marketing content, web materials, solutions presentations and sales support materials, as well as related campaigns and other marketing activities.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Clearly articulate platform capabilities and benefits to customers and prospects
• Contribute to research and analysis of buyer behavior, industry trends, and market opportunities
• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging for both Brightspace features, service capabilities and partner integrations.
• Develop solution-focused marketing collateral and assets
• Interface with other members of the Marketing team to develop/adapt marketing campaigns/materials including lead generation, brochures, advertising, newsletters and other direct marketing materials to build awareness for and drive new business for specified solution
• Collaborate with product experts to create a demo environment to show the features in our products such as creating screenshots
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team for content creation and asset development
• Create enablement support materials to ensure sales team can effectively communicate offerings
• Engage in release process to stay abreast of all marketable features and products, services and partner solutions as they come to market and be prepared to support the communication rollout as required to launch
• Measure and report on program effectiveness
• Work and track within defined budget
What you will bring to the role:
• Industry Expert: You have 1-5 years’ experience in B2B software marketing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Sales Focused: You have previous experience collaborating with a highly driven sales team as demonstrated through solid understanding of sales pipelines and enterprise software sales cycles.
• Communicator: You’ve created an extensive collection of collateral and marketing communications. Your excellent written and oral communication skills are top notch.
• Go Getter: You have a high motivation with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced environment. You are capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
• Motivated: You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment.
• Detail Oriented: You have a keen attention to detail with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• A True Team Player: You have the ability to coordinate resources across sales, marketing and services functions and build rapport with sales team and other professional staff.
• Understanding of Pragmatic Marketing framework or certification would be an asset
