The Opportunity

DAT is seeking a Project Manager to join the DAT Keypoint team in Springfield, MO.

The Project Manager is responsible for directly managing a declared project by coordinating the management, product team, and development team to ensure cross functional alignment and communication, tracking toward launch milestones and overall readiness for all DAT product releases.

The Project Manager reports to the General Manager of Keypoint, but is responsible for working with engineering, support, sales and third party partners, from product inception and development, through market readiness and release. Responsibilities include working with both DAT employees and product users to define requirements, manage timeline and set expectations and the track milestones to completion.

The Opportunity

The Chief Product Officer will oversee every element of our Product portfolio from concept to post-launch performance. The right leader for this role will have a proven background scaling existing and novel solutions that exceed revenue and growth goals. The Opportunity

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as a strategic advisor to our CEO and play a prominent role on the Executive Leadership team. The CTO will be accountable for establishing DAT’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s existing and future state technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Management

DAT is seeking an Enterprise National Account Representative II to join our award-winning customer service team in Beaverton, Oregon.

We're looking for a dynamic customer support professional who will enhance the experience of DAT customers by providing world-class support.

Candidate Profile
• Energetic leader who proactively identifies and addresses potential issues.
• Keen insight into customer needs and ability to translate this into sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience strengthening teams to improve overall performance metrics.
• Knowledge of the sales process and alignment with product marketing strategies.

What You'll Do
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide VIP service to Enterprise customers.
• Proactively retain customers by maintaining strong relationships, educating customers, and gathering feedback on DAT products and services.
• Own problems through identification and escalation process, following up and monitoring as needed.
• Work across teams to resolve issues and improve DAT services.
• Provide productive feedback to Product Management and Software Engineering to shape future development of DAT products.

The Skills and Experience You'll Need
• 3 years of support experience, call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with SaaS software and support.
• Demonstrated experience owning a customer base and delivering service at an elevated level.
• Advanced Customer Service skill and the ability to deliver service with a high degree of professionalism
• High School or GED required.
