DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and execute day-to-day digital operations, including website maintenance, content management systems, customer engagement methods, and other related platforms. This duty is performed daily, about 40% of the time.
• Drive omnichannel efficiency, scalability, and growth by collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data, reviewing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and building action plans to improve performance. This duty is performed daily, about 35% of the time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for administration of employee compensation and benefits. Plan, develop and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures. Provide administration and guidance in all aspects of employee benefits.

1. Measures the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and company objectives; coordinates implementation and provides guidance. This duty is performed daily.

2. Develops various presentations for leadership relative to competitiveness of compensation. This duty is performed as needed.

3. Evaluates, surveys, and compares existing compensation and company benefit programs objectives with other employers. This duty is performed annually.

4. Administers employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance, employee savings plan, etc. This duty is performed daily.

5. Advises and counsels management and employees on existing benefits by handling benefit inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution. Maintains contact in person, and by phone or mail, with providers, insurance companies, employees, and beneficiaries to ensure proper and complete utilization of benefits. 6. Develops census data for actuaries and brokers for actuarials and quotations. Evaluates quotations and makes recommendations to management.
