• Assist team in the preparation and timely filing of Form 10-Q/10-K in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Research and evaluate technical accounting and financial reporting issues and assess disclosure implications
• Work with ESG Program Management and Controllership teams and interface with external auditors; manage the preparation of annual 401(k) financial statements
• Assist with preparation and review of quarterly earnings release documents
• Maintain effective internal controls surrounding the financial reporting process in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Company policies and procedures

+ Lead customer engagement with telco leadership to establish & execute joint GTMpartnerships Support the development of Telecom Go-To-Market strategies and products for integrated solutions
+ Facilitate integration of Dells Telecom Go-To-Market products and services with partners products and services to develop a common globalstrategy
+ Understanding of the different types and models of Dell partner relationships, including Telecom, Cloud Service Provider, Systems Integrator, and Strategic Outsourcers
+ Work with the Telco legal, business services, and partnership teams as needed to sign up Telco partners in the Dell Technologies Partner Program (CSP & SP)
