Work you'll do/Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer Level II will support a PMO that oversees health IT modernization efforts for a federal client. The SE II will support systems engineering management activities including but not limited to defining requirements (interviewing stakeholders, documenting requirements and workflow process documents, conducting gap analysis, defining to-be state), preparing templates and checklists for EPLC stage gate reviews, developing SOPs for systems engineering processes in compliance with specified standards and best practices, support data strategy and data migration plan development. Analyze compliance with defined SOPs and processes and support PMO performance measure assessment and tracking. May include developing of data visualizations. The SE II will also support overall PMO operations including schedule management, variance analysis, PMO operational activities, risk and issue analysis.

Work you'll do

+ Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, federal regulations and guidelines and contractual requirements.
+ Additional financial analyses including reconciliations, variance analyses, and portfolio analysis.
+ Support the growth and career development of junior resources by training them and serving as their informal mentor, sharing best practices and providing them with career advice.
+ Develop and implement standards and processes for engagement financial management, quality management, and risk management.
+ Contribute to the growth and development of the overall GPS EFA Practice through active involvement in one or more practice initiatives; and
+ Prepare and facilitate firm training sessions on a variety of topics and methodologies
The Team
Our GPS EFA practice supports engagement teams in supporting the requirements our Account teams contract to perform. We help to analyze staffing and other forecast items using advanced financial, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. We provide realistic cost estimates that account for engagements' phases and activities, people, materials, hardware, and software and produce the best- and worst-case estimates using leading-edge project and client management software to keep clients' projects on track and on cost.
Qualifications
Required:
+ B.A./B.S from a four-year accredited university
+ Minimum of 5 year's experience in a finance/financial analysis role
+ Minimum of 5 year's experience with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Experience producing and delivering appropriate communications to C-level Executives
+ Experience summarizing results and producing management reports
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines
+ Proven ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
+ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Proven "outside the box"-thinker who identifies problems and develops creative solutions

Work You'll Do
Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
• 15% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Working across phases of SAP Solutions in Agile methodology for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP NetWeaver, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori;
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows including conducting technical workshops, researching SAP Service Marketplace and SAP Best Practices;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using SAP Product Availability Matrix (PAM), SAP Notes, SAP Maintenance Planner, SAP Software Update Manager (SUM), SAP Graphical User Interface (GUI), and SAP Fiori;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Atlassian Jira and ServiceNow;
• Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data and process models, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio and PowerPoint;
• Facilitating requirements gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, SAP Client and Systems Strategy for Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance (UAT) testing, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing MS PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; and,
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA, and Fiori utilizing system transactions and logs in SAP GUI and SAP HANA Studio.
