Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Experience interacting with all levels of internal and external clients

ROLE

Dentons is currently recruiting a Global 3E Technical Product Owner to support and manage the various Thomson Reuters 3E environments as part of the Global Application Management Team within Central Technology Services service, in the Global Business Technology function, the role will work closely with the firm’s Finance Transformation program before taking overall responsibility for the technical aspects these environments. The firm’s Global Finance Transformation program is underpinned by a multi-year move to Thomson Reuters’ 3E practice management system.

This position will work alongside existing global business technology team members responsible for the firm’s applications, infrastructure and environments, as well as the existing project team and vendors. The role requires a candidate with strong product management, application management, infrastructure and environmental management skills. In addition, understanding the complexities of the global solutions architecture and interdependencies of the applications and systems.

The role holder will also work with relevant Regional and Global stakeholders from Finance and Technology business services to manage the solution in operations.

The role will report to the Global Finance Applications Senior Manager.

The Global 3E Technical Product Owner will be joining the Global Application Management team at an exciting time. A newly created team created specifically to support new applications coming out of Dentons Global Transformation Programs, the team will be a central feature of the operational support services within the Dentons Central Technology Support service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To own the 3E technical stack and work with the Global Technology and the Global Finance Transformation program teams to successfully align and bring an operation plan for this ownership and usage as well as coordinating the readying of the solution for operational adoption.
• To own the technical product relationship with regions. Dentons has a polycentric structure with many stakeholders.
• To ensure that post rollout user feedback, enhancement and defects are collated and considered with regard to technical impacts to be tracked and further inform the solution roadmap.
• To be the global point of contact for regions seeking a centralized response or advice with regard to their environments.
• Manage and protect the global design and code set, crucial in ensuring future consistency to enable streamline management. To work with the relevant stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the global design from a technology viewpoint.

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an e-discovery or litigation support Project Manager role is required.

• Relativity certification (RCA, RCU, and Analytics) is required.
