We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Memphis, Tennessee.
Job Purpose:
a person who will perform a variety of skilled duties in: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, cement masonry, and dry wall in order to maintain, repair and remodel facilities. You will be managing the work of specialty vendors and will work under limited supervision. This is a full time position with normal working days from Monday through Friday, requiring periodic on-call availability for emergency situations.
Your tasks:
• Submits service requests with established vendors within scope of services.
• Coordinates mailroom and receptionist duties
• Coordinates facilities-related activities on a daily basis
• Administrative Assistant support
• Maintain and repair facilities/preventative maintenance
• Develop and maintain facilities services database
• Security
• Equipment maintenance
• Update facility floor plans
• Supervise office services staff; work scheduling, work coordination, coaching and performance evaluation
• Back up to Assistant Facility Manager
• Emergency lock boxes
• Subtenant accounting
• Ensure Landlord complies with requirements of the lease related to its maintenance/management obligations
• Handle broad range of CRE work –; some admin, but sometimes complex and non-routine requiring more background research, e.g. compliance, budget guidance
• Handle and resolve typical, not too complex issues independently
• Provide technical CRE guidance to colleagues, line managers and employees
• May have responsibility for specific business area/ team or service
• Ensure delivery of own service for own area to set standards, targets and schedules
• Takes a lead role in the cost control and/or profitability of an operation / service, identifying and developing opportunities to decrease costs or grow revenue or profit
• Encourages and supports open and direct communications within their team and with others, communicating complex or difficult messages effectively
• Knowledgeable in main products, services and business processes of their key business and basic knowledge of all other divisions

Your profile:

• Coordinate implementation of maintenance & technical functions plans and processes

Your profile:

• Ability to read and understand construction, electrical and equipment blueprints and schematics

As an Ocean Export Agent you will be responsible for the movement of our customer’s Ocean export shipments. You will be the main point of contact for coordination between customer’s shipment exports and shipping carriers.

• Creates and confirms transport order to ensure pickup of the shipment at origin
• Performs booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product
• Prepares, controls and distributes all required Export documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures
• Checks responses from counterparts and finalizes validation of required documents

Skills / Requirements:

• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written skills required, some customer service experience desirable.
