Camp Directors will deliver summer camp programs and associated engagement activities. Our camps are one of the longest and premier programs of the ADA! • Execute the marketing and communications plan to increase brand awareness and participation in camp programs.
• Execute the database management process for campers, young adults, families, alumni, and donors, utilizing Association resources and CRM for a portfolio of camp programs.
• Attend Association and American Camping Association required trainings.

• Support development team with Signature Event management to include: Event Participant Recruitment, Team Recruitment, Peer to Peer Fundraising communication, and event logistics
• Support development team fundraising targets through exceptional follow up, stewardship strategies and customer service
• Generate prospect leads and provide research for Development Team
• Provide excellent donor and event participant support by answering and providing solutions to questions, concerns and training needs
• Assist with writing, editing, and packaging funding proposals
• Track and manage contract deliverables
• Assist with planning and implementing fundraising stewardship events and other event logistics as needed
• Manage prospect data in CRM and donor mailings
• Lead and manage area volunteer program, including recruitment of volunteers and managing volunteer committees
• Support national and implement local social media strategy
• General administrative support, including serving as a liaison to the service center, processing payables and receivables, assisting with budget entry
• Ensure compliance with ADA policies, including risk management, event and cash handling, and financial controls

Qualifications
