This team collaborates closely with Customers, Sales, Design, Engineering and Product Marketing to constantly improve the Dialpad products. We are looking to differentiate Dilpad via innovation in AI in everything we do. Analytics being the glue of so many features play a critical role in the execution of the roadmap across multiple products.

Your role

As a Product Manager of Analytics, you’ll own specifically the real time aspect of the Analytics product for UCaaS and CCaaS, this will include but not be limited to real time dashboards, alerts for different personas in the UCaaS and CCaaS product portfolio, like Coaches, Supervisors, Agents, etc . You’ll work closely with the sales organization and customers to flush out the requirements, with Designers to define the UX of the product, with Engineering to write the requirements and build the product, and with Product Marketing to launch the product and define the Go to Market strategy. You’ll also help create the short and long term roadmap for the product. In addition, you’ll help bring other products to market, as each feature and product has an impact on Analytics, you will work closely with the entire portfolio and support their respective needs to bring to market their own products. AI is also a very important part of what Dialpad offers, and you will review how AI can be infused inside the Analytics product in order to define the next generation of analytics.

This position reports to our Senior Director of Product Management and has the opportunity to be based in our US offices (Austen, San Ramon, San Francisco)

What you’ll do
• Develop expertise in the Dialpad Analytics Platform
• Establish strong working relationships with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Partnerships, and Sales.
• Learn & apply existing team processes on developing product specifications, iterating with design and technical leadership, and managing development, testing & delivery
• Become the primary point of contact for internal queries relating to our Analytics.
• Be able to identify product & technical issues, and actively develop and track solutions.
• Be able to identify gaps in metrics, reports and dashboards that are being created for customers, and articulate a plan to address them (UCaaS & CCaaS).
• Deliver increasingly complex features and improvements, leading short-term planning and resource management to execute on our roadmap
• Measure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including product KPIs, feature adoption, customer needs and business opportunities, to inform and support product decisions and guide prioritization
• Manage new features and regular release through the full project lifecycle, including communication of regular updates to cross-functional teams, and ongoing support after launch
• Lead quarterly planning efforts for the Analytics team, specifically focusing on real time aspects (alerts, dashboards, etc).
• Own long-term product strategy for the Analytics platform, including both enhancing the platform’s capabilities, and adding relevant metrics, reports and dashboards as necessary.

Skills you’ll bring
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• Experienced Product Manager with 5+ years of experience
• Experience in Analytics or equivalent, B2B preferred
• Plus: past experience in CCaaS, UCaaS or CRM

About the team

Senior Accountant - Commissions

The Senior Accountant will be a part of the team responsible for accounting for internal sales and partner commissions on the general ledger including, but not limited to, preparing accounting entries for accruals, capitalization and amortization of commissions related transactions; reconciling related account balances; calculating and submitting payment requests for partner commissions; reporting to partners on partner commissions; and maintaining the ASC 340 accounting policy on capitalization and amortization of commissions costs.
• Calculate partner commissions and submit payment requests for partner commissions
• Prepare periodic reports to partners on partner commissions
• Prepare journal entries for approval for accruals, capitalization and amortization of both internal sales and partner commissions
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations for asset & liability accounts related to internal sales and partner commissions
• Provide explanations for monthly and quarterly fluctuations for balance sheet and expense accounts related to internal and partner commissions
• Contribute to and improve account reconciliations through critical self review of their own work and mentorship of junior team members
• Evaluate the sufficiency of accruals at period end through critical consideration of balances, trends and FP&A and business-owner input
• Consider scalability of new and existing assigned accounting processes and recommend improvements to streamline tasks and improve efficiency and accuracy
• Read and analyze internal sales and partner commissions agreements for proper treatment under ASC 340, and update ASC 340 accounting policy accordingly
• Perform periodic impairment analysis and useful life analysis for ASC 340 assets
• Work independently to identify areas for improvement, propose process improvements and resolve inquiries from accounting & finance leadership
• Maintain outstanding documentation for all prepared journals and reconciliations and gather supporting files for annual audit
• Building relationships with channel sales and external partner operational teams by providing timely responses to questions, issues, and updates
• Prepare and review ASC 340 disclosures for financial reporting
• Prepare cash forecasting and management of commissions payments to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and controls and provide support on special requests
• Collecting and depositing checks received in office to our lockbox
• Performing other accounting & reporting duties and supporting other team members as required or assigned

What You Will Have
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA & Public Accounting experience (Big 4 strongly preferred)

Your role

We are seeking a motivated candidate for the role of International & Technical Accounting Manager . This role will be directly responsible for coordinating and reviewing the accounting and account reconciliations for the international subsidiaries, equity and lease accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting matters and spearheading transformation projects for the Corporate accounting team. Additionally, they will assist in audit coordination as well as the administration of treasury activities. This is an individual contributor role.

What you'll do
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of general ledger activities in accordance with month, quarter and year-end reporting deadlines under US GAAP for the Company and its subsidiaries, including preparation and review of journal entries, and reconciliations as they pertain to international, intercompany, equity, leases and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Manage relationship with 3rd party accounting firms for the international subsidiaries
• Maintain the reconciliation of intercompany accounts and payments
• Responsible for the accounting for equity transactions & share based compensation expense, including calculation of WASO and EPS
• Prepare and/or review of quarterly and annual financial statements, including statement of cash flows, statement of equity and footnotes to the financial statements
• Research and conclude on accounting guidance for new and existing transactions and prepare accounting memos
• Work with external auditors to complete ongoing compliance requirements
• Lead system transformation projects, including implementation of new modules (e.g. Procure-to-Pay), functionalities and workflows within NetSuite
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve and standardize accounting processes
• Support the administration of ongoing treasury activities
• Support the insurance annual renewal process, including gathering and/or preparing requested documentation
• Recognize and clearly communicate actionable opportunities for financial performance and continuous process improvements across the company. The Accounting Manager will be expected to make process improvement recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures
• Lead ad hoc projects as needed

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience

Dialpad’s SMB Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives. This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This in office position reports to our SMB Sales Manager and is based in our Phoenix, AZ office.

What you’ll do
• Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
• Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
• Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap

About the team

The Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) team is responsible for creating some of the best models in existence for real-time transcription of customers' calls. Our engineers use cutting-edge techniques to ensure that each user has the best possible experience with our transcription service. ASR is also highly supported by teams of data analysts, curators, and annotators, as well as back-end engineers so that our engineers can focus on research, experimentation, and releasing production-ready models.

Members of the team are involved in the wider ASR community; we attend conferences and submit papers to them. The team hosts regular sessions where the latest community research is discussed and internal experimentation is presented, and engineers also invest significant time examining, testing, and contributing to new open-source tools. Articles by team members that highlight our work are continually published on the internet.

Dialpad’s ASR team plays a foundational role in our Ai products; everything derives from high-quality call transcripts. This team collaborates closely with the Ai-DATA (analytics and annotation), Ai Engineering (back-end infrastructure), and NLP teams to constantly improve customer-facing Ai products, such as call summaries, action items, and interesting moments.

Your role

Dialpad is seeking a talented and experienced Speech Recognition Engineer to oversee our customization strategy, language modeling, and contribute to our language and dialect expansion. This person will work closely with colleagues within ASR and across other AI teams to ensure accurate transcription of customer keyphrases, conduct research on as well as implement solutions for LM, and help source data and train language models for new languages and dialects."

What you’ll do
• Help us expand our existing models to multiple dialects, languages, and domains
• Explore and implement ideas and research from the latest conferences and articles
• Own our customization (contextual biasing) strategy, and conduct production-viable research in language modeling and
• Work closely with colleagues within ASR and across other Ai teams to ensure reliable, high quality transcripts that are a joy to read.

Skills you’ll bring
• Post-graduate degree in Speech (or closely related field) and 3+ years of industry experience building and deploying ASR models to production environments OR undergraduate degree in related field and 5+ years of experience
• Direct/hands-on experience with hybrid and end-to-end toolkits (Kaldi, NeMo, WeNet, ESPNet, etc)
• 5+ years of experience working with Python, 2+ years of experience with SQL
• Comfortable with common dev tools like version control (git) and CI/CD (CircleCi)
• Experience with cloud compute services such as Google Cloud (BigQuery, GCE)

Nice to have
• PyTorch coding & debugging experience
• Hands-on experience with NeMo or K2 is a strong plus
• Experience with customization (contextual biasing) is a strong plus
• Building experimental paths and embracing an R&D culture
• Experience working with distributed teams

As our Head of Sales Development, you will partner closely with demand gen marketing and sales to drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation. Responsibilities
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of leaders managing high performing SDR/BDR/CDR to uncover new business opportunities
• Oversee pipeline creation, pipeline management, sales process
• Create, experiment and implement new ways of engaging with prospects to increase win rates and provide an amazing full-cycle customer experience
• Coach and develop your team to develop future leaders for the organization
• Increase effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes
• Optimize resources and budget and partner with internal teams to execute sales strategy as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products
• Set and meet key performance indicators and objectives and key results with the sales leadership team
• Develop and maintain SDR best practices, pitches, and objection handling

• 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
• Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
• Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)
