Primary responsibilities include:
• This is a player-coach role responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing large, strategic & enterprise deals, as well as coaching and managing a team of account executives and business development reps. You will drive revenue from new business accounts.
• Recruit, mentor & inspire a North American sales team
• Measure and reinforce sales metrics, goals and best practices
• Work cross-functionally with marketing teams
Who are we looking for?
• 3-8 years experience in Sales Operations in a global high technology industry, experience in SaaS, digital media or Martech companies preferred
• Totally passionate about the process and building a machine of SaaS inside sales
• Experience in managing a sales team in a fast-paced, outbound selling environment
