Leadership
• To lead on a strategy for digital engagement with nurses, AHPs, doctors and other clinicians to enable the effective implementation of digital delivery of care.
• To lead on a strategy for digital engagement for the population of Lincolnshire which involves service users in the development of digital options for service delivery – in conjunction with other agencies e.g. other trusts, 3rdsector organisations.

Digital Systems

• In collaboration with the learning and development, Digital Health and Financial and Business Intelligence departments – develop training for clinicians on digital systems (including EPR) with particular attention to ‘real life’ clinical recording.
• In conjunction with the Head of Digital Health, to lead the clinical engagement during the tender, commissioning and on going implementation of new systems to deliver improved patient care, safety, outcomes and experience.
• To standardise and optimise processes to deliver efficient and effective clinical systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• In conjunction with clinicians, to analyse clinical risks associated with EPR and digital care systems and develop and implement mitigation plans
• To ensure that clinical IT systems are designed to display and collect the relevant information to enable safe and efficient clinical care.
• To engage with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical colleagues to design and implement clinical IT systems that support patient care, education, audit and research activities
Data

Reporting into the Head of Content & Campaigns, a successful candidate will be a strategic marketer who is able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will be applying your SEO, social media and marketing skills to create new content as well as shaping existing content to reach new audiences.

You will be the overall editorial guardian for both our Kooth (ages 10 - 25), Qwell (ages 18+) and Kooth Work (employees) brands, across all marketing channels and projects. With a keen eye for detail, both across copy and creative, you ensure all communications, big and small, are always on-brand.

You will directly manage our UK and US Content and Social Media Executives and have demonstrated experience and knowledge across social media as you work closely to ensure the channels are delivering against our growth targets.

We are looking for someone that can bring fresh and innovative thinking and play a central part in driving the brands forward in line with Kooth’s purpose of ensuring mental health support is accessible to all.

What You’ll Do / Main Responsibilities
• Content Marketing Strategy: Take marketing objectives and create and lead a content strategy for marketing channels including website, email and social, with ongoing hands-on end-to-end management, from creation through to analysis
• Brand positioning and messaging: Develop, test and refine brand tone, positioning and messaging, becoming the go-to brand tone of voice guardian.
• Website: Adapt content for Kooth websites to engage a range of stakeholders, from business clients and NHS commissioners through to potential service users and our existing online communities, based on your own SEO audit and continual analysis.
• Social: Conceive, plan and execute social media strategies and tactics to grow followership and engagement rate, alongside Social Media & Content Exec
• Copy: Copywriting lead within the marketing team, using customer insights and analytics coupled with channel best practice to test and refine our messaging
• Campaigns: Work with the wider marketing team in the implementation of new campaigns, and bring new ideas and initiatives to drive brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Product: Work closely with the Product team to align our customer journey from first touchpoint through to product engagement
• Tracking and analysis: Implement and track ongoing brand performance

Requirements
• Minimum 6 years in a marketing role
• Excellent at copywriting; design skills will be a strong plus and eye for good design is essential
• Solid brand strategic skills – experience taking research and data and turning them into customer insights to lead creative briefs.
• Digital marketing expert with in-depth knowledge and hands-on website and SEO experience
• Proven track record of driving social media growth and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing website, email, social media ads and/or display advertising campaigns
• Naturally creative, you understand how important storytelling is to build a brand.
• Structured and organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web breakdown, ROI and evaluation of KPIs.
