DocuSign is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Product-Led Growth team under the Growth Marketing organization. The Senior Software Engineer will execute on all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the e-commerce and product-led growth applications and experiences. Responsibility
• Lead and deliver complex frontend web applications for e-commerce and demand generation experiences considering performance, design, scale and project timelines
• Architect, develop and maintain a modern content publishing platform with support for personalization
• Own and collaborate closely with product, program, design and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Diagnose and resolve production issues per SLAs
• Diagnose performance issues and optimize performance
• Develop reusable UX components
• Mentor junior-level engineers
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Participate in an Agile, Scrum and Kanban environment
• Setup observability and monitoring per industry best practices
What you bring
Basic
• BS degree in CS or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of professional experience building single-page applications
• Experience with React, Node.js using TypeScript
• Experience building React UX component libraries
• Experience with headless CMS systems and content modeling
• Experience with analytics and experimentation
• Experience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirks
• Experience with creating accessible web apps
• Ability to multitask, ownership mentality, ability dealing with ambiguity
Preferred
• Proficiency with Next.js and in building REST, GraphQL, gRPC APIs
• Passion for learning and working with new technologies on the job
• Strong understanding of UX design

The Learning Consultant will be responsible for designing, refining, and sustaining a range of internal learning programs and initiatives with a primary focus on supporting our global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy, in close partnership with our Director, Inclusion, Belonging & Talent Programs. In this role, you will create and lead compelling, memorable experiences and identify practical tools to help employees and managers at all levels understand and contribute to our inclusive culture. You will also partner with vendors and identify external programs as applicable, and manage the communication, engagement, and evaluation strategies for these offerings. As a key member of our highly collaborative team, the Learning Consultant will drive and contribute to multiple, concurrently running high-profile programs and will partner on initiatives outside the DEI space as needed.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Learning & Leadership and is designated Flex.
Responsibility
• Partner with the DEI and People Experience team, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders and other key stakeholders to understand organizational needs and determine the best program, process, or approach to meet those needs
• Benchmark best practices and relevant academic research to inform program design
• Determine whether we build program components in-house or partner with external vendors
• Create engaging and memorable experiences for in-house delivery that fuel connection, shift mindsets and behaviors and yield practical takeaways through creative learning design and facilitation
• Evaluate and select best-in-class vendors where appropriate
• Manage the vendor approval and onboarding process, the ongoing relationship with vendors as well as the budget and payment process (in coordination with internal finance and purchasing partners)
• Drive the design process (in partnership with vendors, where relevant) and define the learning or program objectives and measures, determine the stakeholder engagement plan and implement any pilot or program validation process
• Curate online resources and design custom tools to support experiential learning programs
• Partner with Talent Development colleagues to determine enrollment approach and use of learning management system(s)
• Drive marketing and communications strategy to engage employees, their managers and top leaders’ support for the program and monitor registration progress
• Communicate with course participants, facilitators, speakers, HRBPs, and those supporting logistics in partnership with the Talent Development Coordinator
• Work with the Talent Development Coordinator to determine the logistics plan and communicate with implementation partners to support the planning and day-of logistics
• Determine the post-program measurement strategy and drive the data collection process (survey, focus group, interview, etc.)
• Evaluate the program success and ROI measures in partnership with the People Analytics team and communicate the results to key stakeholders
• Plan rapid program or process improvements based upon feedback

Responsibility
• Work with the business and development teams to understand business problems and to design, implement, and deliver an appropriate solution using Agile methodology across the larger program
• Think about how to solve problems in scale and build automation to manage complex software systems
• Help teams provide testable, high-quality, and ship-ready code with ample test coverage
• Coordinate with teams on for defining quality standards with MSF teams
• Provide well-articulated documentation and support for integration to other internal applications and pipelines
• Work with DevOps and sysadmin team to setup, configure and troubleshoot containers and server environment
• Implement and debug subsystems/micro service and components
• Work independently to implement solutions on multiple platforms (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
• Implement patterns and systems allowing for independently deployable full-stack microservices at a level of granularity appropriate for team composition and business value
What you bring

• Experience with Microservices, Functions, Event-driven/reactive programming or other Cloud Native architectures

• Experience with multiple programming paradigms, not limited to Object Oriented

What you'll do
The VP, Product Strategy is a highly visible role which serves as a business liaison between our product team and the rest of DocuSign. It also serves as an executive partner to both our Chief Product Officer and our President of Product & Technology. What you'll do
The Workforce Management (WFM) Senior Analyst is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, who is responsible for ensuring we are staffing the right Customer Support Experts (CSE) at the right place and time. This critical task ensures we are balancing the employee, and customer experience, by ensuring we are spending our capacity budget in the best way possible.
The WFM Senior Analyst will define, develop and execute effective resource (support expert) management strategies. These strategies will span forecasting, demand planning, staffing and capacity planning... scheduling, real-time management, and reporting. The WFM Senior Analyst will work with resources across the Customer Success organization and vendors to discuss and advise on core tactics, and mechanisms, beyond the fundamentals, and the art of what is possible.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Capacity Planning and Workforce Management and is designated Flex.
Responsibility
• Develop and execute forecasting and demand planning models
• Execute real-time management processes
• Maintain and run daily and weekly scheduling tasks
• Identify abnormalities in volume, system performance, or individual activity quickly and raise those to stakeholders until resolution
• Gain consensus with key customer stakeholders
• Measure the results of executed strategies to determine their efficacy
• Drive cross-functional opportunities for adoption improvement
• Deliver adoption-related insights and readouts of specific customer outcomes
• Propel execution of “Success Plan” and associated customer interactions
• Identify customer resource requirements and dependencies and address gaps
• Collaborate and communicate with our internal and external Operations partners to ensure alignment on plans
What you bring
Basic
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of WFM experience
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel and Google Sheet based analytical skills
• Experience with G Suite
• Ability to interact with and influence all levels from ICs to executives
Preferred
• Experience with WFM platforms such as Genesis, Calabrio, and Aspect
• Experience with SaaS
• Experience interacting with outside vendors to achieve established goals
• Excellent at articulating vision and planning execution of projects

Based on legislation in Washington state the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in Washington only: Washington pay range: $85,000 - $121,375 base salary
Based on legislation in California the following details are for individuals who reside and would be working in California only: California pay range: $90,700 - $141,025 base salary

• Responsible for proactive risk identification, assessment, planning and mitigation
• Coach the team on development and testing best practices, and provide growth opportunities to junior members of the team
• Articulate clear Software Engineering strategies, plans, goals, and objectives across multiple Engineering domains, projects, and teams, including cross-functional partners
