Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Regularly interface with Subsea Project Managers on project specific needs
• Consistently and correctly use internal information management systems
• Maintain inventory and generate Purchasing Requisitions for needed supplies and services through internal ERP system
• Weekly verification of hired equipment
• Assist in tracking of equipment when necessary
• Complete Goods Receipts and upload appropriate back up documentation into the ERP system on any project Purchase Order.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices can be posted and paid for the month or accrued for month end reporting.
• Scan, copy and archive documents as required
• Other duties as assigned
Work Experience:
• A minimum of three years of experience as a Department/Administrative Assistant for an Oil & Gas company with a preference in the subsea sector
Qualification:
• Knowledge and experience of the purchasing process
• Knowledge of the receiving processes
• Proficient with standard business application software

We are looking for another member to join our Survey and Positioning Team in Houston, Texas. Our working environment consists of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.
This role is primarily to ensure all geographic data and information is collected, analyzed, processed, reported (presented to client) and distributed in accordance with Company standards and practices across the North American region
The role is a combination-position where the candidate has a good and comprehensive understanding and competence in data management from either offshore or onshore (preferably both.) The person may not be an expert in each field but understands the importance of ensuring quality is of the highest order. Management of the offshore personnel with their competencies will be required, so good management skills are essential.
Requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• The management, using GIS and cartography (where necessary and applicable), to analyse and present data from offshore geophysical and inspection surveys,
• Support the Survey and Positioning Department Manager at all phases of the project life cycle. For example:
• Provide an advisory role with the Project Manager for the correct manning of projects,
• Estimate, together with the Project Manager, post processing schedules and resource needs
• Support the transfer of data from vessel to shore, whether via cloud services or physical mediums and handling of data,
• Ensure QC of offshore data is to Company/Project procedure,
• Providing support, training, lessons learnt feedback and monitoring of offshore staff,
• Ensure all deliverables are presented according to Company /Project procedure,
• Assist Project Managers with project preparation using best practices and latest technology,
• Assist Survey and Positioning Department with Offline technical solutions to tenders,
• Assist with process automation for increased efficiency,
• Develop more efficient methods for onshore/offshore data collection,
• Assist with remote working developments, both current and future,

• Proficient with Eiva offline suite software, AutoCad and Global Mapper
• Working experience with Fledermaus software

• Spends 10-20% in the offshore environment and offsite contractor locations
