Responsibilities
• Solid understanding of Dow Jones Media product offering and operational capabilities

• Client Support & Translation Services (French): Assist Client Partners with client communication including following-up on RFP submissions and IOs. If applicable, translate proposal materials and communication in-language.
• Be involved in client communication and able to speak to media strategy, product recommendations, and the Dow Jones value proposition
DIGITAL Support
• Produce media plans in the order management system leveraging yield tools (does not include creation of client presentations)
• Work with both sales team and campaign management to launch campaigns in a timely manner
• Work with Media Planners on client optimizations so that revenue is maintained and balanced with client goals including assisting with digital reporting
• Digital billing and be the main point of contact for digital billing issues/requests
PRINT Support
• Perform print booking duties including processing insertions order, dealing with paperwork and pricing adjustments
• Act as a liaison with the agency/client to verify insertion date(s), and secure ad materials to be in house
• Prepare and send e-tears sheets / print copies
• Print billing and be the main point of contact for print billing issues/requests
Requirements

Dow Jones is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead the strategy, management and optimization across all paid media channels for The Wall Street Journal. The Director will oversee all in-house paid media operations dedicated to acquiring, engaging and retaining WSJ subscribers globally. This role will report into the SVP, Performance Marketing and will work cross-functionally with... teams across the membership marketing funnel (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Brand, App, and Students). You Will
• Oversee and drive the holistic strategic vision of in-house media campaigns across all paid media channels
• Pressure test and evolve media strategy by platform for each part of the funnel
• Optimize a multi-million dollar budget across platforms and markets to maximize acquisition volume and increase audience reach
