POSITION SUMMARY
Sports Information Group is seeking a highly experienced SVP of Digital to manage the Digital P&L and manage the day-to-day digital operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Horse Racing & Sports online businesses and provide financial guidance and analysis to support the Marketing, Advertising, Product departments. In addition, The SVP of Digital will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's digital operations including product development, vendor relationships, compliance, customer service, and quality control.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overall responsibility for achieving the EBITDA goals of the Digital business
· Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes for the digital business to support the company's strategic goals and objectives
· Help developing the Operations budget and managing to it
· Identifying and addressing operational issues, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
· Identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for mitigating those risks
· Identifying new revenue opportunities and create business cases to support investment
· Providing financial guidance and support to Marketing, Sales and Product departments
· Developing and maintaining KPI reports and dashboards to support the company's financial reporting
· Identifying and addressing operational issues, and help implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
· Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
· Work with the product development team to determine the product roadmap and prioritize resources to maximize ROI
· Leading the product development team to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of product releases to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Online Gaming, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
