POSITION SUMMARY
Sports Information Group is seeking a highly experienced SVP of Digital to manage the Digital P&L and manage the day-to-day digital operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Horse Racing & Sports online businesses and provide financial guidance and analysis to support the Marketing, Advertising, Product departments. In addition, The SVP of Digital will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's digital operations including product development, vendor relationships, compliance, customer service, and quality control.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overall responsibility for achieving the EBITDA goals of the Digital business
· Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes for the digital business to support the company's strategic goals and objectives
· Help developing the Operations budget and managing to it
· Identifying and addressing operational issues, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
· Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
· Identifying and assessing financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for mitigating those risks

• Report to SIG’s CEO and work closely with DRF Executive team to ensure smooth operation of our mobile and retail sportsbook product.
• Develop and manage the Budget planning process for the Sports P&L
• Develop and track KPI reports and dashboards and present weekly progress v Budget to CEO and Executive team
• Liaise with Marketing, Customer Service and Product departments to ensure alignment to overall Sports strategy
• Work with the product vendors to determine the product roadmap and prioritize resource requests to maximize ROI
• Oversight of and liaison with all third party technology companies that comprise the DRF sportsbook technology stack.
• Liaise with Stakeholder Compliance Personnel (SCP) on all Anti Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory matters.
• Be responsible for reviewing and updating the Internal Control Standards (ICS) as needed and ensuring DRF are aware of the requirements. Research and respond to regulator inquiries/requests and advising SCP of such communications.
• Ensuring that DRF retail employees complete all applicable training in the allotted time.
• Monitor gaming activity (retail and online) for suspicious or unusual activity and notifying SCP of such activity.
• Oversee retail operations and supervise the Manager of DRF’s sports book.
• Run the monthly compliance meetings with stakeholders.
• Be responsible for ensuring the House Rules are current, accurate, and adhere to the laws in each jurisdiction.

• Develop and manage the Budget planning process for the Sports P&L
• Develop and track KPI reports and dashboards and present weekly progress v Budget to CEO and Executive team
• Liaise with Marketing, Customer Service and Product departments to ensure alignment to overall Sports strategy
• Work with the product vendors to determine the product roadmap and prioritize resource requests to maximize ROI
• Oversight of and liaison with all third party technology companies that comprise the DRF sportsbook technology stack.
• Liaise with Stakeholder Compliance Personnel (SCP) on all Anti Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory matters.
• Be responsible for reviewing and updating the Internal Control Standards (ICS) as needed and ensuring DRF are aware of the requirements. Research and respond to regulator inquiries/requests and advising SCP of such communications.
• Ensuring that DRF retail employees complete all applicable training in the allotted time.
• Monitor gaming activity (retail and online) for suspicious or unusual activity and notifying SCP of such activity.
• Oversee retail operations and supervise the Manager of DRF’s sports book.
• Run the monthly compliance meetings with stakeholders.
• Be responsible for ensuring the House Rules are current, accurate, and adhere to the laws in each jurisdiction.
• Be a self-motivated and organized individual with high attention to detail, who can easily problem solve and is able to make quick but well-informed decisions.
