4. Students may not work when they are scheduled to be in class.
5. Students must maintain eligibility with the Satisfactory Academic Policy (SAP) in order to remain eligible for federal work-study. If you fail to meet this requirement, you will immediately lose your work-study eligibility.
6. If you are receiving an outside scholarship from a donor (ex. State Employees Scholarship), your work-study award may be adjusted. Please contact a financial aid advisor as soon as you are notified you are a scholarship recipient.
7. If you decide to borrow loans, your work-study award may be adjusted. Please consult a financial aid advisor before borrowing a loan.
8. Students will submit timesheets correctly completed and by the deadline each month to the Financial Aid Office. If timesheets are not submitted by the deadline, students will not get paid for that pay period. There will not be any exceptions.
9. Students will not begin working until the contract is signed and an email is sent informing him/her and the supervisor with a start date from the Financial Aid Office.
