KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the Program lead for a set of regulations across North America and other geographies
• Work with tax/legal/GR teams to understand the impact of the new regulations and how these translate into new requirements
• Work with analytics to understand business impact
• Develop in collaboration with these teams’ risk-based options that take both company risk and customer impact into account and provide recommendations to leadership
• Own the Business Requirements document for these projects and work collaboratively with Product counterparts to ensure solutions are scoped, designed and implemented
• Own the relationship with all impacted BUs (e.g. markets, Exports team, etc.) to ensure key partner feedback is obtained and solutions are signed-off and work with the respective leaders on a regular basis
• Own the relationship with the North America BU for new Regulatory projects
• Coordinate with the PMOs of each workstream involved (e.g. Product, Tax, GCX)
• For large regulations, organize and run regular Steering Committees to drive decision making
EXPERIENCE
Potential candidates will have had project management experience or consulting experience. Experience working in an international organization on large-scale projects influencing partners across a range of functions is a plus.

The Lead Multimedia Producer will be a member of the Communications Content Team reporting to the Head of Multimedia Storytelling. They will be responsible for running end-to-end production and project management for large-scale content creation (i.e. video, photography). The Producer will support the Head of Multimedia Storytelling and Content Team on larger productions by... building creative briefs, owning production timelines, field producing on set, managing stakeholder approvals and championing the creative vision through final delivery. This position entails working with cross-functional teams, setting up project schedules, establishing project roadmaps, facilitating kickoff, concept review, and ensuring on-time delivery of assets. The ideal candidate must be able to handle heavy project volume and manage multiple stakeholders. He or she will successfully navigate the demands of business, creative/brand, and technology to help elevate the quality and scale of eBay creative.
Who will you work with?
As part of the Content Team, alongside other producers, designers, editors and animators, you will monitor each stage of the production process, working with the Head of Multimedia Storytelling to ensure a smooth production. The individual in this role will be highly collaborative, teaming up with partners across the wider Content Team, Global Communications, and stakeholders across the organization. The Producer will also work on various projects with creative agencies and freelancers.
Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Head of Multimedia Storytelling, the Lead Producer will service the Content Team team across the lifespan of multiple video and photo projects simultaneously.
• Write creative briefs for various videos and series publishing on our owned internal and external channels.
• Build and oversee production timelines.
• Monthly on-set production.
• Willingness to interview and coach cast members from behind the camera.
• Manage stakeholder approvals and creative feedback. Loop in appropriate senior team members for feedback and sign-off as needed. Anticipate needs, timelines, and delays, and formulate solutions when problems arise.
• Manage and maintain day-to-day internal production calendars on Monday.com.
• Develop an understanding of brand guidelines and maintain quality control standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, film or related fields.
• 5-6 years in fields directly related to video production and creative project management.
• 2-3 years managing vendor contracts and relationships.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in shooting and editing processes.
• Desire to pursue a career in creative or video production.
• An effective verbal and written communicator.
• Highly organized, process oriented and project-management driven.
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced production environment.
• Energized, creative, proactive and enthusiastic - willing to take initiative with confidence, detailed follow through.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Monday.com a plus!
• Expertise in incorporating strategic thinking into your creative approach.
• Experience digesting and applying strategy from multiple teams/stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success collaborating and influencing diverse business partners in a highly matrixed organization.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.
$106,800 - $162,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
