GENERAL PURPOSE :

The Director of Digital Marketing role is responsible for building Luxor's digital marketing capabilities that will enable strategic growth across the portfolio of brands.

This role will guide overarching digital marketing across omni-channel routes to market including B2C, B2B, direct and reseller.

The Director of Digital Marketing will champion the creation of best in practice digital capabilities to create Luxor's Digital Center of Excellence that would include, but not limited to, the development of best practices in digital user experience, multi-brand website development, lead acquisition and lead generation, email marketing, paid digital marketing programs, CRM, paid social campaigns, UX creative development and back-end development.

The Director of Digital Marketing will build a deepening of Luxor's digital marketing capabilities, champion internal team mentorship, and implement optimal digital marketing processes that support Luxor's overall brand goals and scalable future growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities :
• Establish key digital capabilities and provide thought leadership across all digital marketing and web marketing strategies to achieve desired brand outcomes
• Partner with brand and cross functional leaders to understand their business goals and enable their digital growth through their respective channels.
• Create annual and long-term vision, budget planning for Luxor's digital marketing capabilities and strategies.
• Establish digital marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the digital ecosystem that tie to performance goals of the brand.
