Your success will be measured by your ability to groom the backlog to enable accelerated software development while ensuring coordination across the platform design and alignment with stakeholder expectations. A core member of agile teams, the Product Owner (PO) works with Product Management, the development teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to define and prioritize User and Enabler Stories in the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities. The Team Backlog contains all the items the team needs to do to... advance their portion of the platform's functionality. Stories are the fundamental mechanism to describe a small piece of desired functionality that will be incrementally implemented by the team as part of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to provide value to the end user. The PO owns the Team Backlog and its implementation. The PO contributes to the vision and refinement of the Program Backlog, serves as the main source for story detail and priorities for each Program Iteration and is responsible for iteration plan acceptance, story acceptance criteria and acceptance of stories as done. The PO role requires an individual with strong collaborative skills who can work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to continually ensure their team is executing the highest priority, value added work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES PO will join the EBSCO product team developing a next generation SaaS analytics product that collects, transforms, stores, and displays data from various customer information systems. Working with the development team & external software contractor teams, the PO is expected to understand what type of work is carried out by all of the teams and how that work is carried out. With this knowledge, the PO will help to ensure coordination across the program. The PO manages the team backlogs by entering stories and ensures that all dependent work is also captured on other team's boards as well as other EBSCO ARTs as appropriate. The PO will be instrumental in helping teams decide what work to pull when based on several variables which include value, size of the work, dependencies, and global priorities. GENERAL PURPOSE :
The Digital Marketing Specialitst is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns and activities that promote Luxor's brand and products through the use of email, social media, website pages, online product listings, SEO, blogs, and other initiatives in support of new business and customer sales goals.
This position will work cross-departmentally with the Luxor Sales team to ideate, develop, and finalize the strategy for marketing activities to drive increased sales.
The position will then execute these strategies, including the setup and management of emails, build-out and continuous improvement of logic flows, and drip campaigns using Salesforce's Pardot marketing automation platform to generate leads and drive engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities :
• Drives the achievement of annual sales targets for Luxor Workspaces through marketing strategy & execution; drive measurable demand outcomes / results through increased contacts, leads and pipelines to support sales teams.
• Manages the email marketing automation platform (Pardot), and integrations with our Salesforce platform.
• Sets strategy for and manages email marketing campaigns and nurture programs; includes ideation, collaborative planning with sales, targeting, designing, executing, and reporting results.
• Increase email success metrics such as open and click-through rates by implementing testing methodologies.
• Analyze digital campaign results, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to increase performance.
• Setup, launch, and analyze social media campaigns to build brand awareness with a focus on growing traffic.

The Digital Marketing Specialitst is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns and activities that promote Luxor's brand and products through the use of email, social media, website pages, online product listings, SEO, blogs, and other initiatives in support of new business and customer sales goals.
This position will work cross-departmentally with the Luxor Sales team to ideate, develop, and finalize the strategy for marketing activities to drive increased sales.
The position will then execute these strategies, including the setup and management of emails, build-out and continuous improvement of logic flows, and drip campaigns using Salesforce's Pardot marketing automation platform to generate leads and drive engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities :
• Drives the achievement of annual sales targets for Luxor Workspaces through marketing strategy & execution; drive measurable demand outcomes / results through increased contacts, leads and pipelines to support sales teams.
• Manages the email marketing automation platform (Pardot), and integrations with our Salesforce platform.
• Sets strategy for and manages email marketing campaigns and nurture programs; includes ideation, collaborative planning with sales, targeting, designing, executing, and reporting results.
• Increase email success metrics such as open and click-through rates by implementing testing methodologies.
• Analyze digital campaign results, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to increase performance.
• Setup, launch, and analyze social media campaigns to build brand awareness with a focus on growing traffic.
• Assist in writing and editing content for email distribution and other digital media projects
• Assist in designing layouts of landing pages and photos for email campaigns
• Keep up to date on email marketing, social and digital media trends, best practices and monitor competitor initiatives in the space
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assemble product samples and / or help with photo shoots as required
• Assist with preparation for trade shows and attend national trade shows as required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
• Minimum 3-4 years of eCommerce Marketing experience, must include email campaigns and hands-on product listing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with customers
• Proficient with creating and editing content using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience prioritizing collaborative Marketing / Sales projects in a fast paced, growth environment
• Demonstrated proactive, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to the performance of the team

Position Overview
The Director of Sales is responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and profitable achievement of sales objectives. The Sales Director works collaboratively with the senior management of EBSCO Learning and other members of the EBSCO Learning sales team to drive revenue from customers worldwide, with an initial focus on U.S. and Canadian markets. Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales of EBSCO Learning products in the U.S., Canada and selected markets worldwide.
• Focuses on the sales of products and services targeted to the corporate learning market and other non-library institutional markets.
• The focus for the first 1-2 years will be to generate and increase revenue of existing Corporate Learning products and relevant LearningExpress products for these markets, while additional new products are being developed.

Required Experience:

• In-depth experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau

Target Annual Compensation Range: $ 123,330 - 176,185 This Pay Target range includes a bonus target of 5% of the base salary.

EBSCO is seeking a driven and empathetic Product Manager to own and lead product usage management efforts enterprise-wide. Effective management of product usage is a key part of EBSCO’s mission to provide access to information for all users, when, how, and where they need it.
This is a high visibility, highly collaborative role working with many teams to foster usage awareness and practices in product development. Passion for data analysis is a must, as is deep knowledge of data analysis concepts, tools, and practices. The Usage Product Manager acts as a leader across the company, and collaborates closely with UX design, product, technology, and executive stakeholders.
Duties:
Program Management
• Track usage across EBSCO’s range of products
• Maintain reports on product usage for executive stakeholders
• Maintain customer-facing documentation on the state of usage of EBSCO’s products, with clear guidelines for customer interpretation
• Assess usage data understanding and identify gaps across EBSCO’s teams; facilitate training where needed
• Manage consumers of usage data (transaction logging) and coordinate usage audits
• Oversee the quality of data; implementing governance over usage data management.
• Champion security and privacy of usage data in collaboration with the governance council.
Product Management
