In this role, you will leverage your expertise in design best practices and learning theory to develop innovative solutions at scale to address critical skill and knowledge gaps.
• Design and develop comprehensive courses utilizing elearning authoring tools and employ adult learning theory to increase learner engagement through audio, video, simulations, games and other interactive tools.
• Collaborate with key technical stakeholders to create relevant training deliverables

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, education, or related field
• 5-10 years learning design experience for the development of professional eLearning or computer-based training

• Demonstrable, intermediate level of proficiency with current versions of Adobe Premiere Pro and other tools in Adobe Creative Suite

• Proficient in the use of the Google Suite (Google docs) in a collaborative environment
• Proficient working in a Windows environment
• Experience with established Learning Management Systems with knowledge of SCROM packaging standards preferred.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will focus on generating sales opportunities in the North American Enterprise space. You will work within a matrix team and goal structure to maximize sales potential in the region, reporting directly to the SDR Manager, NA.
