Your Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to):
• Understand our customers’ businesses and challenge their ideas of the status quo
• Be the technical lead in customer engagements in partnership with the sales team to gain technical fit through a consultative sales approach
• Proactively identify and address customer's technical needs and objections to drive sales
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and solution proposals by matching specific client business requirements into effective technical solutions, with a focus on Egnyte’s products and services.
• Maintain high level knowledge of technical strengths and weaknesses of the competitor's products and what strategy Egnyte should develop to counter.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all Egnyte products/services, competitive product lines and platform integrations through self-education and Egnyte’s enablement resources.

Your Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of Sales Engineering experience, ideally with SaaS and security experience (other customer facing technical roles will also be considered)
• Broad knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure, network, authentication, security and associated collaboration and governance technologies.
• Ability to work with all levels of customer roles up to and including the CIO, CTO and CISO
• Strong people orientation with the ability to listen, work, resolve and prioritize issues to achieve customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment
• Strong presentation skills and ability to sell effectively in front of a mixed technical and non-technical audience
• Ability to quickly assess the critical elements of a situation and decide and execute appropriate action

• Craft engaging audience-specific content, including solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally.
• Educate the market about Egnyte’s core technical value offerings through deliverables such as demos, white-papers, workshops, presentations and technical blogs, driving views of that content.
• Work with Egnyte’s Value Acceleration team to conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop content to help customers make the business case for Egnyte.

Team Management
• Attract, hire and manage highly skilled product marketeers.

What you need to succeed:
• 8-10 years of experience in product marketing

In this SFA position, you will play a key role in performance tracking, reporting and analysis. You will create in-depth financial analyses to support and drive critical business decisions. You must be a... self-starter and possess a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, high-growth technology company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to develop relationships with senior executives.

In addition to supporting essential business processes, you will be required to work with large volumes of data to prepare insightful analysis, and create presentations for senior management. You must be an excel and powerpoint power user to be successful in this role.

This is a hybrid role based in our Mountain View office.

What You’ll Do (but is not limited to)
• Report and analyze company performance metrics, providing insights on trends and challenges to senior leadership.
• Create in-depth analysis on a variety of SaaS metrics
• Collaborate with a variety of leaders, providing analyses and insights to help drive the business
• Prepare financial communication materials provided to executive staff, shareholders, lenders, and the Board of Directors
• Take initiative and roll-up your sleeves as required to complete detailed analysis and implement finance and cross-functional process improvements to help the business scale efficiently

Your Qualifications
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Financial or Senior Financial Analyst within a technology company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosity
• Ability to independently drive projects with a high attention to detail
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience handling large volumes of data to create financial models and analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred
• Experience with SaaS business models required

Your Qualifications
• Current advanced hands-on Java programming experience
• Experience designing and developing distributed SaaS applications to a large customer base
• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering with a history of technical innovation and application development
• Experience providing technical leadership to engineers
• Experience architecting, designing and developing highly scalable and resilient cloud architecture; GCP or similar cloud platforms
• Worked with SQL and NoSQL databases
• An innovator willing to explore new technologies and looking for career growth through ownership and leadership opportunities
• BS, MS, or PhD. in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
