In this function, you will be in charge of participating in the preparation of the beginning of the school year, organizing exam sessions and consulting on technical and operational plans. Finally, you will be responsible for the forecasting of teaching needs by editing the faculty load sheets.

Academic Planner
What you will do
You will ensure the planning and implementation of academic programs with a customer service provider mindset: teaching activities, in-year activity changes, exam sessions, room reservations, schedule-related communications to students and faculty, and internal reporting of planning data.
You will prepare for the start of the... academic year with course assignments and participation in the induction process for new teachers.
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Management (or equivalent).
You have professional experience in a planning position with management of physical resources (classrooms, exams), ideally acquired in the academic field.
You have excellent analytical and data processing skills with different IT systems, and good skills with Excel.
Your mother tongue is French and your level of English is min. B2.
Your logical mindset is recognized, as well as your solution and client / customer service orientated.
You are interested in learning new planning methods and tools.
You like to collect and you are organized with planning data.
You have a good ability to work in a team.

About the role
The... mission of the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator is to work closely with the Program Management Team to ensure the smooth organization of the EHL's Bachelor Program in Lausanne.
Your responsibilities
You will oganize meetings, edit meeting minutes and keep track of actions, results and follow-ups
You will maintain an updated database, e.g. list of faculty, be they internal or external
You will prepare documents/communication tools relating to academic events and working sessions
You will prepare data communication and coordination, e.g. relating to survey analyses, updates of the LMS pages, follow-up on evaluation grids
You will maintain and supply the Bachelor Team's documents, such as organization of information to archive and accreditation documents
You will support the Bachelor Team in the daily tasks and academic year organization, such as coordination of the electives and thesis processes.
About you
You have a Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent degree
You have minimum of 3 years work experience preferably in education industry
You are fluent in French and English (written and oral skills)
You have excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills, you are proactive, service-oriented, people-centric, and open-minded and take the initiative when needed
You have demonstrated ability to coordinate work with others and work in a transversal mode with multicultural teams
