About the role

The... mission of the Undergraduate Programs Coordinator is to work closely with the Program Management Team to ensure the smooth organization of the EHL's Bachelor Program in Lausanne.

You will oganize meetings, edit meeting minutes and keep track of actions, results and follow-ups

You will maintain an updated database, e.g. list of faculty, be they internal or external

Vos responsabilités

You will execute end-to-end business development and sales activities for the Hospitality & Service DNA Solutions unit globally from Lausanne and in relation with our offices based in India and China.

You will prospect and develop activities targeting the different products and services within the core business, with a long-term focus.

You will manage your own mandates and clients and identify client’s challenges, develop hypotheses and support in executing analysis which might involve (international) travel.

You will give support to colleague consultants, senior consultants as well as directors.

You will formulate, prepare, and defend business proposals and client contracts.

You will develop and deliver mandates and programmes such as Talent Development Programmes, Service Culture implementation, People Development Solutions, Documentation of Standards, Recruitment & Assessment tools as part of the “Human Resources Cycle”.

You will develop training programs & related training content in conjunction with faculty and facilitate training sessions (from shop floor to top floor).

About you

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Economic, Hospitality.

You have 10 years’ work experience in the hospitality and/or service industry.

You are totally fluent to deliver mandates and trainings in both French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills, German is a plus).

You are familiar with the Learning & Development Industry - content design and delivery.

You have demonstrated ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment.

You have excellent IT skills and are able to work independently, proactively and efficiently.

You are able to adjust your work schedule to the life of consulting mandates (some international travel may occur).
