• A dedicated mentor and manager who loves to coach people, driving high performance through predictable and consistent guidance and meeting cadences and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach a full team of 6-8 Customer Success Managers and Associate Account Managers to their full potential; Address any issues (performance or development wise) with leadership to sort out an action plan/solution. Coach them to build client relationships, deliver value, build advocates, identify upsell opportunities and mitigate renewal risk.
• Strategically partner with the Account Management division to improve customer engagement and health scores to positively impact customer retention/renewal rates. Use engagement metrics to bucket accounts into categories (growth, risk, etc.); develop and execute strategies to address each.
• Partner with Sales/Account Management and your peers to use data analyses to measure your team's actions and outcomes in qualitative and quantitative ways
• Work closely with the organization's Senior Leadership on multi-functional and cross-departmental projects identifying areas of opportunity where teams can partner together to deliver a better client experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Account Management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
• Proven experience successfully managing a team (preferably within SaaS) to achieve/overachieve specific goals and metrics, ideally around customer success
• Strong track record of identifying development opportunities for each direct report with a goal of coaching them to becoming Account Managers
• Comfortable and willing to be hands-on contributor with your direct reports
• Work cross-functionally with different departments
• Experience with SaaS solutions, research, media, agencies, marketing/ advertising, or financial services companies
