Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate systems and procedures of efficient data reporting throughout the district regarding special education, testing, student programs, grades, credits, summer school, special circumstances, out-of-district students, et.
• Extract district data from various source systems (e.g. student information system, Infinite Campus, etc.), payroll, personnel, accounting, ERP systems (e.g. USPS, USAS) and prepare data files to go to the state.
• Load the various data files into the EMIS Data Collector and execute the various steps necessary (e.g. prepare, preview, submit) to submit district data to ODE via EMIS through our Information Technology Center (ITC) at NEONET and possibly through the state ITC.
• Investigate and troubleshoot various error reports (e.g. Level 1, Level 2, etc.).
• Create and monitor helpdesk tickets to NEOnet as needed to report EMIS system problems.
• Review EMIS reports received from ODE and contact related staff in the correction of EMIS reports.
• Coordinate with other districts and/or community schools during problem investigation/resolution.
• Participate in district Data Quality Team meetings to review status of EMIS reporting throughout the school year and identify problem areas that needs to be addressed.
• Create and maintain a system of accountability for data reporting throughout the school district.
• Develop a routine system of data checkpoints and report verification (e.g. submitting S Period Collection and student cross references weekly).
• Interpret EMIS reporting requirements for the school district.
• Attend EMIS Coordinator meetings, seminars, workshops, conference calls, etc. hosted by source system developers (e.g. NEOnet, Infinite Campus, MEC, ESCCO, OAEP, ODE) to maintain accurate knowledge of EMIS requirements.
• Keep attendance of students, monitor daily attendance, call parents of absent students, report excessive attendance, and send documentation to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Treasurer and/or Superintendent.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Required Qualifications:
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent work history.
• EMIS/system reporting experience preferred.
• Experience using a student management database, Vector Solutions K-12 Edition, SchoolMint Enroll, Progressbook, DASL or similar experience.
• Professional experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to pass required background check.
• Ability to obtain required fingerprint clearance.
• Experience with meeting deadlines independently, effectively, and efficiently.

What you’ll do
• Processing orders received from EMIS Sales team accurately, quickly, and efficiently.
• Ownership of entire orders through their entire lifecycle.
• Creating work orders and arranging Engineers and Trainers to deliver on customer site.
• Timely ordering of hardware for upcoming installations, ensuring it is available when needed.
• Taking inbound and making outbound customer calls in a friendly, professional and effective manner.
• Use multiple internal systems to manage the customer journey and internal processes.
• Collaborating effectively with other parts of our business to ensure that orders meet and exceed our customer expectations.
• Communicating regularly and clearly with our customers to ensure they are always fully up to date with progress and plans.
• Continually look for improvements of all services and processes within the department and log Service Improvement Plans (SIP) accordingly.

What you’ll do
Reporting to the Bid Director, the Bid and Sales Coordinator will assist with the management of our tenders whilst ensuring compliance within governance guidelines, working closely with the Bid Managers and the wider business and the Sales teams.
This is a fantastic development opportunity for an ambitious, confident and collaborative individual to add real value and progress within the dynamic and transformative commercial team.
Primarily the role will involve owning bid administration and co-ordination, including.
• Managing the Bids inbox
• Administrating Microsoft Teams platform
• Filtering and tracking bid opportunities
• Attending and contributing to internal meetings
• Directly supporting our Bid Manager.
• Alongside your day-to-day task, there are a number of projects to get involved with, including;
• Creating and maintaining bid content libraries
• Creating standard templates
• Conducting market research
• Attending tech webinars etc. and feeding back to the team.
What you'll bring
We want to make sure you’re set up for success. The key skills we’re looking for in the role are below. We know not everyone ticks all the boxes and we’ll provide training on some of the areas if you’re the right person for the role.
Ideally you’ll have some previous experience of working in a similar role.
• Fantastic IT skills intermediate / advance in all MS packages
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage relationships with senior stakeholders effectively
• A personable, proactive and self-starter approach
• Superb attention to detail
• Brilliant organisational skills and the ability to deliver at pace

As Implementation Specialist you will install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot and support secondary care, Ascribe (EMIS software), software applications, tools and interfaces.
The role will often involve data migration and synchronisation working with very sensitive data.
As Implementation Specialist you work autonomously and in line with priorities assigned by the Deployment and Migration Manager and in context of a 20 person Solution Delivery department where varying technologies are employed.
Much of the work will be in co-ordination with employees from other departments such as support and product specialists as well as customers.
You’ll work collaboratively within a project team to complete tasks as detailed within the project plan, and develop and maintain relationships with end users and to be the main point of contact for users during the implementation phase of a project.
This is a UK based, home working role with a limited requirement to travel.
Who you’ll be
Experience of SQL configuring, writing and running scripts
Time spent installing and configuring of a SQL server database based applications
Experience with Windows Server & Windows Client
Strong personal organisational, documentation, stakeholder management and communications skills
The ability to understand complex technical requirements and relay these to less technical teams
Strong problem solving techniques
The ability to work confidently and effectively both on site and remotely as part of a project team
Experience with Availability groups, Linked servers, Web Services would be desirable
