JOB SUMMARY:

A career as an Applications Administrator will provide the opportunity to plan, structure, conduct, and coordinate business application support activities. Specifically, this role is responsible for providing critical support to the IT network, applications, and users. This role helps establish implementation standards and creates support documentation procedures which can consist of installation, troubleshooting, patching, as well as, current state and future state architecture. Roles & Responsibilities
• Focusing and ensuring the safety, security, and reliability of the IT environment.
• Lead the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of one or more enterprise applications and servers, includes installing new software releases and system upgrades, evaluating, and installing patches, and conducting application migrations, refreshes, and restores.
• Provide production support in a 24 x 7 environment, maintain SLA, system availability, capacity management, and performance KPI.
• Overseeing operations jobs and processes, troubleshooting for resolution and documentation with proper escalation, as needed.
