Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Epic Pass Guest Acquisition is an insight-focused, guest-centric marketer with a desire to tackle challenging, exciting business opportunities in an effort to drive pass holder acquisition for the most critical revenue driving products at Vail Resorts. Job Responsibilities:

Business Ownership:
• Own development and execution of strategies that drive acquisition through clearly defined business objectives and demonstrable KPIs
• Synthesize internal and external data into compelling business cases and performance narratives for executive audiences; influence at every level of the organization to get strategy buy-in
• Connect with Pass Team and cross-functional partners to unlock productive working relationships and efficient cross-functional processes
• Influence cross-channel partners to optimize and evolve lifecycle marketing strategies using all channels to increase acquisition of new guests and drive conversion into our Pass products
• Collaborate with other lines of businesses (Ski and Ride School, Hospitality, Rentals) to generate enterprise-wide marketing strategies and improve the guest journey
• Draw on the external world for inspiration - demonstrate standard methodologies, new insights, and what works/doesn't work from leaders in and out of the industry

Job Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred

Work Experience:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and multi-faceted business initiatives Experience with analyzing information and data to make decisions
• Experience supporting and working with C-level executives in a business environment
• Experience drawing on numerous qualitative/quantitative data sources to build compelling business stories that clearly communicate business results and convey new strategies
