• Understand current as well as emerging security threats and design security architecture to mitigate threats where possible.
Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in information technology security or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CISSP, CISA or SANS GIAC certification preferred
• Understanding of application, network, operating system, and core infrastructure security concepts and concerns
• Expertise with SQL Server and web servers
• Knowledge on security monitoring tools such as UTM, IPS, IDS and other security appliances
• Must be very comfortable with technical elements of network security and design, to include TCP/IP, firewalls, IPS/IDS, routers
• Project management, organizational and prioritizing skills
• Understanding of WAN, MPLS, and technologies such as VoIP beneficial
• Working knowledge of common information technology management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and NIST
• Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.

Product Launch & Sustaining Support
• Participate in the validating of technical bulletins, firmware, drivers, and other updates
• Conducts software driver testing for Macintosh and Windows operating systems
• With guidance from Product Specialists, prepares technical content for inclusion in product support documents
What you will bring:
• Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2-year program)
• 2-5 years of Call Center experience required
• Customer Service with technical products preferred
• Experience providing support through live chats and email preferred
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $55,604and $76,455. Please note that this position salary range includes multiple levels. The actual level and base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
