• Respond to correspondence with faculty, staff, and students
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of the subject area of discipline that they teach
• Substantial professional experience in teaching ESL or any related field

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a certificate in TESOL and substantial teaching experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and coordinate CEO schedules, meetings, etc.; anticipate problems and use strong judgment and problem-solving skills to eliminate these issues.
• Prepare credit card reconciliation and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Assist the CEO with daily correspondence via voicemail, email, postal mail, etc.
• Coordinate, schedule, and prepare information/materials for meetings and appointments.
• Arrange Executive Committee and Board meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes for meetings as necessary.
• When required, coordinate meal service for meetings.
• Maintain the minute books for each Executive Committee and Board meeting.
• Coordinate communications with Board of Directors, i.e., distribution of meeting notices, materials, minutes, update emails, etc.
• Maintain the directory of the ESN board and Executive Committee.
• Manage the preparation and logistics for staff retreats, staff meetings, dashboard management, strategic planning, quarterly planning, and performance management.
• Make travel and guest arrangements.
• Assist program directors with a variety of logistical and administrative tasks in support of ESN programs and events.
• When required, lend support with planning, logistics, coordinating, and promoting events and summits supported by ESN.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Associate's degree and work experience in an administrative or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of office management and/or executive assistant experience preferred.
• Calendaring and Scheduling: 4 years (Preferred)
• Superior planning, organizational, time management and record-keeping skills with attention to and memory for details.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to use independent judgment and good discretion/decision-making skills.
• Can manage and handle ambiguity with emotional maturity.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Skilled in using computers, adapting to new technology, keeping abreast of changes, learning new programs quickly, and using computers to improve productivity.
• Extensive experience with MS Office suite.
