Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for preserving and managing product information for allocated database/s

JOB PURPOSE

To build, engage and sustain targeted audiences to fulfi ll FPS Events’ demographics, overall att endance and support sales/revenue goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop and implement a tailored audience development strategy for each conference, leveraging all platf orms and touchpoints whilst conducti ng outreach - ensuring a consistent, eff ecti ve andtargeted message is delivered in line with the relevant FPS brandPersonally conduct lead research through a variety of channels, to grow lead databases and audiences across a range of events and portf olios

• Manage a portf olio of databases and uti lise the in-house CRM system to opti mise demographic profi ling and data insight requirements, whilst ensuring data is kept up-to-date and accurate inthe CRM system and all other records on fi le

KEY INTERFACES

EXTERNAL
• Interact daily via email and phone with conference att endee leads, typically C-level execs and other VIPs, to invite them to specifi c events and engage them with the brand(s) more broadly
• Work with core sponsors to ensure their clients are suitably represented at the event and that they have received appropriate delegate lists in advance
• Communicate with all complimentary conference att endees to ensure they are ‘engaged’ and sti ll plan to att end each event
• Work with professional organisati ons and associati ons to invite their members to att end conferences, usually by communicati ng with their President or Vice President
• Liaise with external lead database managers to ensure we have access to appropriate leads and the databases we are subscribed to

INTERNAL
• Liaise with Product Directors and other senior members of the Product functi on to coordinate speaker and audience acquisiti on plan for each event, and communicate progress on a daily basisas the event approaches
• Work closely with Sales Directors and Heads of Sales to coordinate sales and audience acquisiti on process on a daily basis, ensuring AD and Sales are working in lockstep
• Liaise at least weekly with appropriate Marketi ng POC to ensure each team has appropriate informati on to leverage and promote the conference
• Liaise as required with Operati ons Manager for each event on our contracted discount block of hotel rooms, discuss anti cipated audience numbers and room set-up needed for small group orVIP sessions
• Meet with Managing Director every two weeks to share overall progress, approach, and future plan for each event
• Attend Project Team Meeti ngs, having prepared an update on campaign progress including number of att endees versus target and detailed feedback from target market on the product

Principal accountabilities

Produce exemplary price assessments in line with company methodology, price specifications, and IOSCO principles across a range of markets

Peer review and approve price assessments and indexes in order to ensure prices are representative and judgement has been exercised consistently

THE ROLE

Sales Operations Executive role to work as part of a wider team to bring down the NextGen cash debt and DSO (days sales outstanding).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with UK Finance team, Finance Hub Credit Control team, Bad Debt Reporting Executive and Sales Operations Manager with a core focus around reducing cash debt and DSO for NextGen
• Create sales orders and upload orders to Netsuite for NextGens MI and AMS brands
• Understand customer payment & debt status, prioritising actions and focus as instructed by Sales Operations Manager
• Issue credit notes and reissue orders where appropriate
• Where appropriate liaise with relevant sales managers, sales people and customer success executives to manage debt position, suspend product access or escalate debt issue to legal where required
• Work with accounts payable to ensure refunds are processed where relevant
• Work with Financial Control on return authorisations
• Work with Finance Business Partners on sales triggers
• Assist with ad hoc queries and run reports as necessary

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Must be a Salesforce user (essential)
• DocuSign experience (desirable)
• NetSuite experience or similar (desirable)
• Highly numerate, experienced with GST/VAT etc
