The Job
evo is looking for a Head of Digital Merchandising + Operations to own how we present our catalog to customers and manage day-to-day operations for our $150M+ global ecommerce business. With a catalog of over 60K SKUs of varying technical complexity, delivering a best-in-industry online shopping experience is critical for unlocking our next phase of growth. As the Head of Digital Merchandising + Operations, you will own and oversee the strategy, planning and optimization for the online presentation of our catalog on evo.com. You'll lead and develop a best in industry team that produces a shopping experience that only evo can, helping unlock our next phase of growth. What you will do
• Own the strategy and roadmap for digital merchandising which includes everything related to how we present our catalog to customers in a compelling way
• Oversee a catalog of over 60K SKUs across x categories of varying technical complexity
• Partner with other department leaders and the executive team to align our merchandising efforts with broader company goals
• Balance art, and science. Using data to influence decision making while balancing brand goals
• Monitor overall ecommerce performance to identify issues, surface opportunities, and track progress?
• Differentiate how we present different categories based on the needs and expectations of the customer, including localization for Canada and eventually Japan
• Control a variety of levers directly affecting the customer experience: product naming + specifications, catalog taxonomy, browse filters, customer reviews, sort, and more?
• Own the process for onboarding new SKUs economically while ensuring we have accurate and robust product information
• Identify tools, processes, CAPEX, OPEX, and people required to bring your strategy to life
• Recruit, coach, and lead a team to bring the site merchandising vision to life
Requirements
What you will need
• 7+ years plus experience leading eCommerce/ Digital Merchandising/ site optimization/ Merchandising, for a multinational retailer, or brand. Multi-brand retail a big plus.
• A highly analytical mind that makes data-informed decisions while balancing strategic priorities in brand-enhancing ways
• Deep knowledge of digital merchandising best practices with the ability to quickly identify opportunities and drive improvements

The Job
The Email Marketing Specialist is an individual responsible for helping to assist in planning, coordinating and measuring email marketing and SMS channel programs and initiatives for evo.com. The Email Marketing Specialist is a highly visible role that will assist in actively identifying, defining, implementing and measuring email and SMS campaign performance across both promotional and automated channels. Success in this role requires a diverse set of technical and people skills from: project management, strong communication, reliability, an eagerness to learn, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to juggle multiple on-going tasks and strong attention to detail.

• Work directly with the Email Marketing Manager & Marketing teams to develop email contact plan effectively planning & coordinating email messages on a weekly basis
• Build email templates, assemble and schedule campaigns in respective platforms for email and SMS
• Work with the creative team to review and approve creative assets, providing constructive feedback where necessary
• Utilize email software to drive performance: create audience segments, run A/B tests, utilize dynamic content, assist in implementing new features and automation programs

The Digital Asset Coordinator is a fulltime, keystone function of evo’s Digital Content Team. Your key responsibility is to oversee and maintain the flow of inbound digital product content. You will work with brand partners and our merchants to meet or exceed go live dates to evo.com by providing the digital content team with the assets they need to complete product detail pages.
Requesting, securing, sourcing, organizing, processing, and distributing this content to relevant stakeholders will be your primary duty. You hunt and gather, so others can build and deliver.
You will be the primary point-of-contact with brands and external media hubs for these assets. This entails maintaining an active list of contacts, managing evo’s digital asset management tool (Bynder), and working closely with evo’s merchandising and digital teams in order to on-board new partners.
Success for this position is measured by organization, time-management, ability to prioritize, resourcefulness, excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. This role requires high self-motivation – a problem solver who can improve processes and optimize for efficiency.

The Job
As an Exceptions Specialist you work as a team member responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of Purchase Order exceptions. This position validates inventory counts, logs exceptions, works with the buying team toward resolution and supports the Exceptions Lead in all duties. Additionally, the exceptions specialist works with the customer care and outbound teams on product inquiries.

• Maintenance and organization of both physical and systemic tracking of exceptions.
• Maintain ongoing, open, clear, actionable communication with DC Supervisors, Leads, and associates.
• Maintenance and resolution of any location issue stemming from receipt errors.
• Train team members in production tasks, and related systems to the exceptions process.
• Validation of quantities and items in locations, LPN’s and on unreceived pallets.
• Adherence to standard work processes and guidelines.
