This position is housed in the athletic department and will report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Training Services. The Strategic Plan Program Coordinator is a full-time project position, serving as the primary coordinator of the strategic planning process being undertaken at EWU. Coordinating includes organizing multiple stakeholders and constituents to provide input in designing processes and systems to improve organizational effectiveness. This is a 14-month project position reporting to the Executive Director for Institutional Effectiveness.

The position requires a high standard of personal and professional ethics, and the ability to communicate and work effectively with all constituent groups internal and external to the institution, and in a collective bargaining and shared governance environment. This position will exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations.
