Responsibilities of the Business Process Management Lead:
• Design & document lower-level processes to Implement strategies / roadmaps for a particular capability and improve efficiency.
• Work with key stakeholders to review strategies /roadmap within the context of the E2E High-Level Process and capture impacts to a particular capability area.

Process Governance:
• Establish and maintain a governance framework for managing and improving business processes within the organization.
• Define and enforce process standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Process Analysis and Assessment:
• Lead the analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on processes.

Process Design and Redesign:
• Work with stakeholders to design and redesign business processes to align with organizational objectives.
• Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to illustrate process changes.

Technology Integration:
• Identify and recommend BPM software, workflow automation tools, and other technology solutions to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate these solutions.

Change Management:
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate changes effectively to all relevant parties and provide training and support.

Performance Measurement and KPIs:
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of process improvements.
• Monitor and report on process performance, making adjustments as needed.

Continuous Improvement:
• Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Encourage innovation and seek opportunities for further process enhancement.

Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to ensure that business processes align with strategic objectives.
