Job Description

The successful candidate will primarily provide support for consumer litigation with respect to Experian’s North American credit reporting business. Job Description

What you’ll be doing
• Management of existing customer relationships in order to drive execution of projects related to data services and TV advertising campaigns
• Daily “quarterbacking” of client’s projects/campaigns to ensure flawless execution of projects and acting as the liaison between the client and internal departments. Coordinates resources to ensure client satisfaction and ROI
• Educate and inform clients/prospects on new and existing data assets and audience recommendations with ongoing consultation to clients to uncover business challenges and offer data recommendations. Utilize product experts as a resource.
• Communication with clients is frequent and fast moving - includes weekly status calls with and occasional travel to client locations (primarily NYC)
• Works with TV Team to develop solutions that helps solves clients’ advertising objectives. Advises client on data best practices and address gaps/opportunities
• Personally responsible for achieving a sales revenue quota in conjunction with Account Executive.
• Collaborates on account planning with Account Executive to identify data sales opportunities
• Execute basic contracts for standard products and services
• Responsible for regular status calls with Sales Leadership with existing portfolio
• Works with Service Delivery team to scope out projects and then work with Pricing to discuss project and obtain price quote.
• Work cohesively with operations, solution support, product management and marketing personnel to ensure product and service education is delivered to assigned portfolio
• Works with wide range of internal groups - Operations, Legal, Compliance and Finance
• Gather industry information within assigned portfolio. Including subscribing to industry newsletters, trade magazines etc
• Develop highly effective relationships across all client/prospect base and internal departments

Qualifications

What your background looks like
• BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
• 2 + years of sales/marketing experience
• TV industry experience is highly valued. Agency or digital marketing experience is also helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer service skills to grow and cultivating client relationships
• Highly organized to manage large project portfolio with varying levels of details.
• Ability to manage multiple fast moving projects essential
• Demonstrates a broad understanding of the advanced TV space and ad tech ecosystem
• Ability to analyze data and present industry specific insights to clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel – approx. 20% of time (assuming not located in NYC)

Job Description

The Cyber Security Maturity Analyst will design, implement and operate the Experian cyber security maturity assessment program. This is an enterprise wide program that assess cyber security practices at Experian against the NIST CSF framework. The program will be designed to deliver insights on the effectiveness of critical cyber security capabilities at the right level of detail given Experian’s organizational and regional stricture. This role will design and operate this program as the authoritative source of cyber maturity information for senior leadership , the enterprise strategic roadmap and plans for investment.:
• Build and maintain an assessment plan that aligns to how Experian operates and matches the requirements of the overall cyber program
• Define and maintain a methodology that aligns to the NIST CSF and how Experian is structured regionally, and along business reporting lines.
• Build processes to capture and publish assessment results that enables remediation plans and alignment to Experian’s overall cyber roadmap.
• Works with stakeholders to build plans and track progress against gaps
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on maturity to strategic planning
• Ensures senior management are informed of plans, and changes to thereof in a timely manner

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management or Information Systems or relevant field
• Working knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Min 10 years' experience working in information security governance, IT Security audit, assessment, or accreditation experience
• 5+ years' experience working in consulting capacities. Results-orientated mindset. Strong organization and quality management skills to handle multiple tasks and control expectations
• Professional information security certification such as CISSP/CISM/CISA/ISO27001LA
• Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills. Min 5 years in roles communicating with C-suite leadership stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor communication of technically complex issues to various audiences.
• Process driven, and has eye for detail, automation, and efficiency to improve programs/processes.

Job Description

Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer of Experian Marketing Services, you will manage a high-performing team of product and partner marketers supporting Experian’s platforms, data and identity products and services. You will own core messaging and content creation, oversee go-to-market and launch strategies and activities including all cross-functional training, and enablement. You will be a strategic leader and business partner for product, sales and the wider marketing function. • Gain a deep expertise in the product and partner portfolio to confidently and clearly articulate product messaging, value propositions and functionality that resonates with targeted market segments and across channels
• Bring a consistent voice to messaging that avoids jargon and makes the complex simple
• Drive the creation and regular maintenance of a robust library of both internal and external content (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, videos, product sheets, whitepapers, thought leadership, talking points, webpages, newsletters, case studies, etc.)
• Coordinate with key internal stakeholders in sales, product, and marketing as well as external stakeholders in partner marketing functions and external agencies to mobilize the execution of marketing programs with speed and efficiency

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of success working with highly technical or complex products as a trusted partner to both product and sales teams
• A proactive, influential leader who organically develops quality relationships with colleagues, is comfortable operating at all levels of the business, questions the status quo to drive improvements and change, and expertly drives cross-functional dependences to meet business goals

Job Description

Experian Mortgage’s Product team is seeking a talented Product Manager. This role will manage the full lifecycle of Experian Mortgage products, with a focus on solutions that leverage property data and valuations. Key areas of responsibility include: gathering and defining product requirements (user stories), competitive market analysis, working in partnership with internal & external stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and technology teams, and guiding projects through the entire software product development lifecycle. What you’ll be doing
• Data and Analytics Experience Required*
• Manage the full lifecycle of Experian Mortgage products and product features from market requirements to product release, including but not limited to: concept, consumer validation, scope, specification, design, prioritization, implementation, business acceptance testing, deployment, maintenance, and analytics.
• Contribute to the Experian Mortgage product strategy and take product initiatives through compliance review, opportunity assessment, and consumer validation.
• Act as a key product expert, evangelist, and advocate for initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, synthe size, and codify market requirements and define product roadmaps.
• Define, document, and articulate detailed product and business requirements for new products and major enhancements to existing products, including but not limited to: functional, non-functional, and reporting requirements and use cases in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with User Experience and Product Design team to manage the creation of detailed UX and Design requirements, including but not limited to: information architecture, wireframes, annotations, prototypes, in-product copy, visual design, comps, mockups, and style guides.
• Champion qualitative and quantitative consumer research, using user insights as inputs and feedback loops to the product concept and UX process as appropriate.
• Lead 3rd-party integrations to support strategic partnerships and act as main product point of contact for implementation.
• Collaborate with other Experian Business Units to help define, align, scope, prioritize, implement, launch, learn, and enhance product features that create solutions applicable to Mortgage clients.
• Ensure that products and product capabilities deliver an optimal user experience, conform to the product requirements, and meet product quality standards with a holistic approach to customer experience across all customer touch points including website, mobile app, email/SMS/push notification, call center agent scripting.
• Work closely with Technology teams to determine plans for product implementation and deployments with business partners.
• Balance product requirements and market impact against time-to-market and project risks.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and other Product Managers to manage all stages of the product development lifecycle process to ensure that the specified product, enhancement, or functionality is released on time with quality.
• Serve as Product Owner for the assigned product development agile team(s) by managing and prioritizing the backlog in support of the overall product roadmap, facilitating sprint planning, and all other day-to-day tasks that keep our sprints on track.
• Constantly evaluate and assess competitive landscape, creating SWOT-based assessments of current and emerging competitors; track industry trends, supplier capabilities, and synthesize competitive intelligence as a subject matter expert.
• Ensures all product and related issues raised by operations, clients and/or partners are resolved in a timely manner, keeps the department appraised of progress.
• Set operational standards, processes, and procedures for the ongoing operation of products in conjunction with the relevant operation teams.

• MBA a plus.
