This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

FanDuel Group is looking to add to its dynamic Risk team a Senior Risk Manager reporting to the Sr. Director of Risk to work on implementation and management of FanDuel’s Enterprise Risk Management tool. • Work collaboratively and/or independently on various research projects – focusing on personal accountability and project management
• Support the Digital Care team with establishment and tracking of agent metrics and team SLAs
• Assume additional responsibilities during period of high volume and as assigned or requested
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to support various business needs

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and modern communication trends
• 1-2 years' experience in market research or data/statistical analysis with a proven understanding of data storytelling and research methods
• Strong operational and customer-focused mindset
• Proven ability to persevere, problem-solve, and think creatively while focusing on overall quality of work
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing skills
• Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, Khoros, or Hootsuite
• Experience with social listening and reporting software such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or Synthesio
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in MS Excel; functional knowledge of Tableau
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment full of ambiguity
• Associates degree in a related field
• Licensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodies
