We are actively searching for a highly professional, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Five9 (CLO). This individual will serve as a day-to-day partner with the CLO, interacting cross functionally with other C-Suite executives, leaders and Executive Assistants, as well as provide support for the Legal and Compliance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is located in San Ramon, California with the expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week at this time and possibly more in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar management
• Primary point person responsible for vendor POs and work closely with CLO and corporate paralegal to support department budget alignment
• Skilled and facile with different office tools and third-party applications such as Boardvantage, UltiPro, Expensify, Coupa, DocuSign as well as Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint)
• Help organize and support Team Events, such as weekly meetings, annual professional development workshops and Women In Technology events as partner of CLO who is executive sponsor
• Provide light support of calendaring for direct reports to CLO and other tasks of Legal & Compliance Team
• Be an active participant and partner with a cross-functional administrative team
• Validate, coordinate, and prep travel and executive meetings (including light catering)
• Attend staff meetings, track agendas, actions items, and goals to keep the team on course
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, briefs, presentations and other documents
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Manage procurement, expense reports, travel, and other approvals in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate and support aspects of project-based work including assisting with tasks associated with recruiting new team members and new employee on-boarding

Key Requirements:

Verint, Pipkins, and CSI.
• Strong technical knowledge and or hands-on experience with SaaS, Networking, Internet
concepts, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices.
• 3+ years of experience, with a minimum of 2 year in a Project or Program Management
position in a WFO Professional Services organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% with some international travel.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
