We are actively searching for a highly professional, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Five9 (CLO). This individual will serve as a day-to-day partner with the CLO, interacting cross functionally with other C-Suite executives, leaders and Executive Assistants, as well as provide support for the Legal and Compliance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Heavy calendar management
• Primary point person responsible for vendor POs and work closely with CLO and corporate paralegal to support department budget alignment
• Skilled and facile with different office tools and third-party applications such as Boardvantage, UltiPro, Expensify, Coupa, DocuSign as well as Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint)
• Help organize and support Team Events, such as weekly meetings, annual professional development workshops and Women In Technology events as partner of CLO who is executive sponsor
• Provide light support of calendaring for direct reports to CLO and other tasks of Legal & Compliance Team
• Be an active participant and partner with a cross-functional administrative team

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work within our core product engineering team. The team are tasked with developing the next generation applications from the ground up and we get our choice of UI and Backend tools to accomplish the task. If you love having big goals, real world challenges, and making customers incredibly happy while rapidly deploying ever-improving code to improve user experience, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be part of an agile team to develop a scalable, highly available cloud contact center software using Java and JavaScript
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering leaders and Test Engineers
• Deliver scalable software in both private cloud and public cloud settings (like Google Cloud Platform or AWS)
• Deliver using containers (Docker, Kubernetes) using CI/CD in a DevOps model
• Bring your positive attitude to the team, helping mentor more junior engineers, and contributing to code reviews

Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience developing Java applications – including delivering RESTful API's
• 2+ years of professional or open-source experience writing JavaScript MVC toolkit such as React, dojo, AngularJS, Backbone.js, Knockout or Ember.js.
• Agile coding experience, working in small teams making a big impact fast
• Proficient with standard JavaScript async patterns (events, closures, callbacks, promises, error handling, etc.)
• Strong CS fundamentals and an object-oriented language (undergrad CS degree, or similar amount of work experience)
• Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of ownership, and always doing the right thing for the customer
Appreciated Skills (not mandatory):
• 1+ years of experience delivering production software using Containers (Docker or similar)
• 1+ years of experience delivering production software into Public Cloud
• Experience in a modern consumer environment (Pinterest, Box, Quora, Facebook...) and/or open source projects (contributed to node.js, dojo toolkit, NPM modules, etc)
• Experience with GIT SCM
• Experience with Contact Center or Call Center software
• Passion for user experience and strong design experience
• Experience with a data visualization package (Highcharts, d3.js, etc.)

We are actively seeking a NOC Analyst in San Ramon to join our Network Operations Center team for an exciting opportunity play a key role in maintaining our cloud contact center services and application delivery. You will serve as the "eyes and ears" 24/7/365, providing technical guidance & leadership. This position will be located in San Ramon, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily, weekly monthly and quarterly maintenance procedures and defined in the Operational Guidelines
• Monitor and Identify events proactively resolving issues
• Follow standard operating procedures performing day-to-day maintenance on Five9 Network, Telecom and Cloud systems
• Test and turn up of SIP and ISDN trunk groups
• Report all service impacting issues within 5 minutes of detection
• Respond & Resolve Customer escalations within the SLA window
• Monitor Carrier & Partner metrics to assure adherence to existing SLA's
• Open and track to resolution vendor, carrier and internal tickets
• Internal & External Incident Notifications
• Provide "Root Cause Analysis" for all incidents
• Monitor Network Security and report and document any breaches
• Adhere to Five9 policies for reporting and managing change requests control
Requirements:
• 2+ years recent relevant experience providing technical support, performing maintenance, monitoring and configuration work, in a 7x24x365 technical operation environment
• Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the following categories:
• Telephony configuration and troubleshooting
• Networking configuration and troubleshooting
• Systems administration and troubleshooting
• Database Use and Administration
• Experience with CRM ticketing systems and coordinating workflow with other departments
• Must be willing to work shifts and participate in on-call rotation (days, nights, weekends)
• Understanding of voice or data networks and protocols
• Ability to communicate clearly with the Global NOC's internal & external customers
• Familiarity with telecom & network carriers their portals and ticketing procedures
• Experience working with network & telecom vendor equipment
• Associates degree from a college or trade school in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent relevant work/military experience
