JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs as a business analyst and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working on teams with computer systems and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
• Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members and outside agencies
• Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions.
• Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices.
• Performs all project testing and implementation activities.
• Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality.
• Preparing reports, presentations, issues, and options papers and gathering supporting documentation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• 2 years of experience working with Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS)
• 2 years of experience communicating with internal and external partners both verbally and in writing
• 2 years of experience preparing written materials such as reports, presentations, briefing papers, analysis and options papers
• 2 years of experience researching, analyzing, and evaluating financial issues or data to solve problems or develop recommendations

Institute Budget and Financial Management

Education:
• A baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education; or a baccalaureate or advanced degree in any subject, and coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education with experience teaching preschool-aged children. Coursework equivalent to a major related to Early Childhood Education includes but is not limited to the following:
• Teaching credentials: licensure or certification by the state for Pre-K teachers recognized by the local school district or state education agency as qualifying teachers to teach pre-school children in that school district or state if the individual has at least 500 clock hours of experience in an early childhood setting teaching pre-school aged children. OR
• Coursework: No less than 18-semester credits in courses that focus specifically on child development, early childhood education and curriculum, early childhood teaching and assessment, psychology, family development, health and physical development, mathematics, science and children's literature. These courses may have been taken in various departments such as Education, Home Economics, Music, Art, Library Sciences, Physical Education and Recreation, Psychology, Family Studies, and others, and must specifically address young children.
• A baccalaureate degree in any field and has been admitted into the Teach for America program, passed a rigorous early childhood content exam, such as the Praxis II, participated in a Teach for America summer training institute that includes teaching preschool children, and is receiving ongoing professional development and support from Teach for America's professional staff.
• Completion of State Childcare Training required including Certificate of Completion of an approved 10 hour Developmentally Appropriate Practices for Preschoolers or Infant/Toddlers Course; and proof of successful completion of the following courses: 6 hours Child Growth and Development; 6 hours Behavioral Observation & Screening; 8 hours Health, Safety & Nutrition; 4 hours Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect; and 6 hours Child Care Facility Rules and Regulations, or a 30 hour Introductory Child Care Training Course. In addition, all state mandated courses for the Voluntary prekindergarten required.

Experience: Two years of experience teaching Head Start, Early Head Start, pre-school or kindergarten age children. Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area.

Also required: Certification in First Aid and CPR within six months of the date assigned to this position; and successful completion of a Level II background screening, local criminal record check, and drug screening prior to hiring.

• Determines when a component should be repaired or replaced; decides upon necessary repair scheme, quantity and type of parts needed to accomplish proper repair; secures necessary parts from Stores or departmental supplies.
• Repairs, reworks, and modifies worn or defective assemblies, making alterations or changes to units when necessary.
• Follows approved maintenance procedures for subject component or system, consulting internal procedures that have been FAA approved, original equipment manufacturer's (OEM's) technical data, and work package instructions.
• Consults the Maintenance Lead if technical assistance is needed during the repair process.
• Inspects completed work before sign off to identify any needed rework; performs rework; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances.
• Performs serviceability tests on repaired components/systems using test equipment specified by the original equipment manufacturer.
• Completes work package documentation by signing/stamping after finishing all designated operations.
• Submits completed/in-progress work to Maintenance Lead for review; submits to Quality Assurance for final/in-progress inspection and re-certification of airworthiness.
• Provides supervisor with performance statistics and other operational data, as requested.
• Properly accounts for time and materials used in all inspection and maintenance activities.Qualifications:
Education:
• High School/ GED
• A&P and / structures experience a plusExperience:
• Required: A & P License; minimum 2 to 5 years' experience with small aircraft/ general aviation trained in one aircraft type; proficient and demonstrated skill with the aircraft.
• Several years or actual and recent depot level aircraft maintenance and repair experience is required, (repair of mechanical systems, components, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, rigging etc.); proficiency with interpretation of original equipment manufacturer's technical data or work package instructions; experience using power or pneumatic hand tools.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Assignments require Standard Knowledge of a Technical Area.
• Rapid learning and application of new information and concepts within the Technical Area begins to take place at this level.
• Performs moderately complex Technical Assignments.
• Assists Advanced Level Technicians on more complex technical assignments.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Skilled with repairing, troubleshooting, installing and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of FAA requirements for aircraft maintenance procedures

• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.

Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting our client's customers as a first point of contact and resolving questions concerning their accounts. We will rely on you to actively listen to our client's customers by utilizing your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a world-class experience across every interaction you have with them. In this role, you will not only be there to help customers with their account issues via telephone, email and/or website inquiries, but also provide them with exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing:
• Respond to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems.
