• Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Partner with the leadership team to design and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's core values: Team Supreme, Empower Creators, Be Scientific, Prioritize Impact, Undertalk/Overexecute, FlowMode
HR Operations and Compliance
• Partner with legal to ensure compliance with relevant employment/labor laws and regulations
• Maintain and improve Flowcode HR processes and policies, including employee handbooks, and onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, retention, and management, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate in partnership with the leadership team
Performance Management and Employee Development
• Support improvements to the existing performance management system at Flowcode, including through employee goal setting, regular feedback and check-ins, and 360 performance evaluations
• Work with managers to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans for individual team members
• Support the creation of a learning and development framework to nurture talent and promote continuous growth within the company.
HR Metrics and Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Generate HR reports and analytics for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Your skills and experience:

About the BDR Role
The Business Development Representative will generate new business pipeline and interest through efficiently calling on inbound leads and cold calling.
In this role, you will:
• Drive customer engagement with outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound qualified leads as needed
• Meet assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for lead acceptance and lead follow up
