ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Work collaboratively across divisions to support student competitors, effectively recruit students, develop a healthy community of gamers, ensure quality partnership with IT to meet technology needs, and to cultivate sponsorship/donors as appropriate.
• Maintain Esports facility.
• Develop policies and procedures to support the Esports program.
• Manage Esports budget and monitor operating expenses.
• Recruit, select, train and supervise coaches.
• Oversee all recruitment activities for competitive games and work with coaching staff to meet annual enrollment targets.
• Develop a healthy competitive community of gamers and establish guidelines, policies and norms that support student health and well-being, inclusivity, and competitive excellence.
• Monitor student success to ensure retention of students at the College.
• Work closely with admissions regarding marketing, scheduling and attending recruitment events, evaluating players in the sports they directly coach, and maintain consistent contact with players/families.
• Maintain a final roster of approximately 30 varsity students. Provide mentoring and coaching to student participants.
• Work directly with 2-3 games for recruitment.
• Coordinate online coaching and game coordination. Expertise shall be managed through online coach identification.
• Develop appropriate practice and competition schedules.
• Promote and enforce discipline, inclusion and sportsmanship.
• Develop, market and administer 2-3 summer camp/conference experience for youth that generate revenue for the University and build a pipeline for potential recruits.
• Develop and maintain corporate sponsorships.
• Contributes to the success of the athletics department by performing all other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the College.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years' related Esports experience, of which a minimum of 2 years' has supervisory/management responsibilities.

About this position
Responsible for the efficient setup and tear down of all campus events. The crewmember is also responsible for the care and maintenance of the campus grounds and buildings while setting up equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Scheduling and timely set-up for all college functions.
• Maintenance and utilization of the inventory of tables, chairs, tents and grills.
• Delivery of supplies and furniture in a timely manner to all requesting departments.
• Operation of college vehicles to delivery supplies and furniture.
• Coordination of the relocation of internal offices.
• Compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Preserve punctual and reliable attendance.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
• Assist the grounds crew in the daily maintenance of campus grounds.
• Report items, areas and equipment that need repair.
• Assist with all moves assigned in and outside of campus buildings including student and office moves.
• Contributes to the success of the department by performing all other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the College.
