About This Role:
The Data Specialist is a critical member of the analytics operations team. This person leads the process of transforming our syndicated data for optimal rendering, searchability, and quality on the client-facing analytics platform. This includes creating and maintaining metadata for a range of B2B and B2C survey data, managing the platform testing process, and updating metadata over time to reflect improvements to the analytics platform client experience.
The successful candidate has some experience with primary market research methodologies and tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SPSS, and/or R). Additionally, this person must be a strong collaborator. Success in this role relies upon constant collaboration with members of various teams across the research organization. • Professionally manage metadata in the Forrester analytics data warehouse.
• Lead the process of launching syndicated data to the client-facing analytics platform.
• Coordinate and lead platform testing to ensure quality prior to launch.
