Job Description

This position will be a part of the Enterprise sales organization.

As a part of that sales function, you will lead a team of reps focusing on selling our CRM suite of products. You will define a new sales strategy and direction change for Freshworks CRM products.
• Devise a game-changing strategy to expand our CRM footprint in North America
• Evangelize industry trends, both internally and externally, and translate into actionable ways CRM account leaders can implement Freshworks' products or new features to drive value
• Build executive relationships with partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue, deploy a sales approach that accelerates CRM revenue growth
• Identify new CRM opportunities, creating end to end sales lifecycle, direct and through the field
• Tier accounts and prospect them alongside our Sales and Business Development teams, via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns and targeted 1:1 engagements

Qualifications
• 15+ years professional experience leading CRM sales teams to success
• 10+ years managing quota carrying software or technology sales account management professionals

• Experience with complex 'lead to close' sales cycles for CRM software; preferably in a strategic software sales environment with a focus on acquisition of new customers

Overview of the role:

• Develop and execute a GTM strategy for Freshworks products and developing/driving messaging programs with sales/PR/marketing departments for product launches.

The Digital Experience Strategy function at Freshworks is a critical part of our mission to create a consumer-like, customer-centric ecosystem of digital properties and integrated digital experiences.
