Liaison between Supply Chain, Customer Service, Production Art, Licensing, Cost Accounting, Operations Management, and Sales Management groups to support operations related project organization and success. Collect all project inputs, comprehend goals/deliverables, build and monitor strategy to complete projects on-time in-full. Work in unison with ThruPut software to build long term production plans, process production check requests, build manufacturing plans, and communicate plans to stakeholders. Strategically plan large programs and high-profile orders with a high attention to detail and a focus on T25 customers. Monitor demand vs inventory levels as well as sales history, forecasts, and real-time demand to make critical decisions for key resource utilization. Communicate frequently with all stakeholders regarding manufacturing and customer order whereabouts, status, and get-well strategies.Essential Job Functions:× Originate Strategic Account, Event, and general-demand manufacturing execution strategies including micro-planning as needed.× Monitor and adjust ThruPut forecast to mesh with daily production strategies× Analyze available capacity to determine when/where to add new orders or determine if we need to outsource.
