• Troubleshoot issues and seek customer-focused solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Successfully resolve complex customer inquiries through the use of multiple support tools and personal product knowledge.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Report trends, issues, and feedback to your team. Be adherent to queue volume and meet weekly SLA metric goals.

What you'll do as a Warehouse Associate:
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs
• Check, verify and fill customer invoices
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Skills and Experience:
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under time constraints
• Ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and focus while performing work
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up 0 - 20 lbs. continuously
• Must be able to lift up 20 - 40 lbs. frequently
• Must be able to lift up 40 - 70 lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to work standing continuously for up to 12 hours
• Must be able to work bending and reaching continuously for up to 12 hours
• Must be able to work using 6-8 ft. ladders throughout the work shift
