We’re seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead to join our team.

What you'll do
• * Positively promote and support the Fullscript values and mission.
• Ensure that the department is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and work quality of Warehouse Associate team members.
• This includes coaching and providing guidance to team members, so they may become successful in their roles.
• Prompt associates to move from one work area to another when business volumes dictate.
• Full participation in the training and development of both new and tenured associates; includes observation of work practices, making recommendations on ways to improve, and providing feedback to department Supervisors and Managers.
• Troubleshooting issues in the work area and resolving them in the appropriate manner, as well as communicating with other departments when necessary.
• Full engagement in the day-to-day workflow, including receiving products, inventory control, picking, auditing, packing, and shipping orders.
• Setting a positive example for Distribution staff by working with a sense of urgency and integrity at all times.
• Document and communicate to the department Supervisors/Managers, and fellow Distribution Center Leads, any process or personnel issues that may arise in the work area.

What you bring to the table
• * 2+ years experience within the field of Warehousing & Logistics
• HS Diploma required, some college coursework desired
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment
• Willingness to generate new ideas, and implement them
• Strong desire to develop leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with various team members, suppliers, and cross-functional departments
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work an appropriate full-time shift, including overtime when necessary
